I am aware of double-sided tape and removable Scoth tape; the latter being my preference for this task; thank you!

Hello! I don't have the double-sided tape. I always roll it up to make it double sided. I am so used to using what I have and making it work. Thanks so much for more ideas! Take good care.

Good idea and if a person glued several like templates together they might be thick enough to use with a rotary cutter. I end up cutting into just one layer with my rotary cutter and I am sloppy with scissors.

Thanks so much for watching! I am not sure you could glue several layers together so it could be used with a rotary cutter. I only use these templates to draw around, for applique, instead of using cardboard that can crush over time. Interesting thought though! Happy holidays to you and your family.

Just use old exrays. They don't use the plastic ones anymore. They r all digital now

Thank you for watching! What an interesting comment. My doctor doesn't usually give his patients a copy of their x-rays. I do not work in any field where I could have access to old x-rays either. I do know that due to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) laws, medical facilities that purge old records should be using a recycling partner who provides a certificate of destruction. Nobody should be able to have access to other patients x-rays at any time. I also researched this subject a bit more and found that old x-ray film should NEVER be disposed of in the normal trash due to environmental contamination. I would be extremely nervous with cutting and handling them. For all of these reasons, I would NOT suggest using old x-rays. Take good care!
