I love this property specially the garden the terrace , the storage area, the location, but I dislike the house(tiny kitchen, dark ,small rooms, etc...) maybe one day you will find me what I am looking for. take care my friend and stay safe.

It is gorgeous. Perfect for lesser abled people like me as living all on ground level. If it was mine I would add a powder room upstairs so I didn't have to come down all day and some shade cover.

Well, if you want a private garden it's difficult in town centers, you need to move on the countryside

Such a darling little property! Would live here in a heartbeat. A small kitchen does not bother me (love the arched niche) but small bathrooms do. How could you get a bigger bathroom with a proper shower? The large upper terrace with the arched storage spaces is lovely with area for a vegetable patch. Truly a special home.
Thanks for commenting! Not sure I would call the bathroom that small but I get what you're saying. I guess (I'm not an architect though) that maybe if you put a door in the wall where I am at minute 7:10 you could technically increase the size of the bathroom but it should be evaluated by some professional.

Lovely road, nice & quiet. The house is small cut well done. The outdoor areas are amazing and make the entire property.
I l8ke this 1 although i 2ould put shelves in the kichen like you suggested but move table over to by the kitchen. The sofa could then be infrobt of the fire which would be lovely in winter evenings
Definitely! Collecorvino is not extremely cold but gets snow occasionally, that courtyard should be magic with the snow.

@@OneStopAbruzzo I am not an English teacher e il tuo inglese e molto più meglio che il mio italiano… when you pronounce words, such as stopped, looked, watched… these words ending in ‘ed’ … pronounce them with one syllable… not 2 … imagine that the ‘e’ is not there… stoppd, watchd…ecc. La lettera ‘e’ è muta. I say this not as a negative criticism because your English is totally awesome.
I am completely embarassed now because there are some words, like COMPLETED or NOTED or RENOVATED that the ‘ed’ is pronounced… ! As i continue to watch your videos I see that English can be somewhat difficult! Scusa se ti ho confuso!!!!
