Looks great. With the lot of land, one could have a few chickens and a decent garden,. I wonder what the town is like during the different seasons. I'll look into it. Thanks for the info.
During the summer, homeowners from around the globe return to Opi for vacation and in the winter and fall the B&B's get tourists who enjoy the many feasts around the province.
I am so surprised by this property. This is well laid out. So much room. And a wonderful garden! I love this property. ❤ If only I could be in a position to buy and move.
Hello, the kitchen and 3 bed rooms have a measurement of 14x13 Square feet each room, dining room 13x12 sq feet, full bath 8x7 and half bath 7x4, all in one level apart from the cantine below. Awesome for either living year round or seasonal.
Thank you, very interesting place and old furniture. It would be nice to see the full windows and up to the ceiling to get a sense of the room heights. 🥰
Ciao Rino.
I am interested in Abruzzo, and this is very interesting, but I would like to come and stay in the area for a couple weeks to see several places. Can you please advise of the nearest hotel in the area?
The nearest pharmacy is in a village called Vallacupa and Fontecchio. Shops, banks, caffes in San Demetrio Ne' Vestini, and Fontecchio, and an abound of restaurants in many villages around Opi.
So the furniture is available and sold separately? Also talking about the old stove in the kitchen, I know you can’t normally burn charcoal inside… Is there some kind of venting for the stove in the wall cause I’m not seeing any.
Yes, Contact Gianni directly for all the info! Thanks for commenting! For the charcoal inside for sure you will need some sort of exhaust system, I agree
Hello! From what I've heard you should request the mortgage in USA but it's best to speak with a notaio in Italy for confirmation. If you're interested in buying it, let us know, we have a network of professionists that can support
The small cupboard above the old oven would be for proving bread mix, I think
Could be! Would make perfect sense!
Also, could be used for pies & such to cool without having to worry about flies getting to them.
Excelent value. In future it be great if you could show a map of the area as reference. Thank you for great video.
Thanks for the feedback, I will try to include it!

It's a nice area, the town itself is really small but nearby there are some decently sized towns like "San Demetrio Nei Vestini"

Well presented. Thank you! Greetings from Portugal

Wow. A gorgeous renovation. Really a wonderful property in a 7% flat tax town for us stranieri. Grazie da Texas come sempre ❤
Grazie a te!! Truly an incredible value for money
Beautiful and peaceful 👍
tranquility, peaceful and beauty all around with shopping, services and restaurants about 10 minuttes by car to an abound of villages.

Thank you for the information. I shall quietly cry over not being able to buy and move at this time. I wish you well on a good sale!

Hi Florence, feel free to drop me an email so I can give you some recommendations!
It needs access directly from inside to the garden.
That would be nice, I think it's possible to do it with some work.
Thank you for sharing. House still needs a lot of work for that reason I think it is too expensive.
Hi! Thanks for commenting! Downstairs maybe, but on the main floor it's already perfect to move in.
I'm sure the house will look superb after renovation. I'd like to know how far are the basic amenities like shops, cafes and banks etc.
Hi! Very close, they are in San Demetrio Nè Vestini , around 6km/3.5miles from the house

The lower level would make a great AirBnB or holiday let
Agreed, up to 3 separate apartments! Also, remember there's also the land in front of the house for more expansion

There is a chimney flue that is connected to the stove
Hum, skeptical
About? Tell me more so we can address any concern
What is the price? The UA-cam ad says 50 000 but in the description it says 150 000?
Ops, sorry, corrected the description. It was a typo. It's 50k
Despite needing a lot of work 50k is a good price.
Did I miss it? You said basically this is a bargain. But what is the price of this property?
It's on the thumbnail and the description :) it's priced at 50k
Is it possible for Americans to finance property in Italy?

Maybe less time talking about the furniture. More about the house.
But I liked it!
Has this house been sold and what is the price
Hi, I think there were a couple of offers, please send an email to Gianni to double check here: opi20000@aol.com :)
Has it been sold?
Hi! Yes, sold!
@@OneStopAbruzzo,
