BamCore Prime Wall™ Installation Video

The BamCore Prime Wall™ arrives at the job site as a kit of parts. Each panel is precision-cut to millimeter accuracy, sequentially numbered, and printed with an MEP map and nail pattern.
The rough openings for windows, doors, outlets, and access panels are precision prefabricated to the architectural plan.
Sequentially numbered panels and MEP mapping eliminate confusion and increase productivity.
First, install traditional bottom plates to the foundation.
Followed by hold-downs and vertical framing.
Panels are installed by sliding into place using a shiplap connection point.
Once placed, panels are nailed to the bottom track and shiplap joints.
Start with exterior panel one on pallet one. Continue the exterior panel sequence.
Install MEP. The process is simplified using the MEP lines mapped onto the panels.
Install the interior panel run.
Install framing around openings and top track.
Keystone panels provide easy access to MEP components.
They are easily removed and reinstalled due to their lap configuration.
