This is a condo not a penthouse. A penthouse is always located on the very top floor of a building, just saying.

@@EverbrightPH huh? That doesn’t make any sense lol. If the floor plan of your penthouse isn’t located on the top floor of a high rise complex, it isn’t considered a penthouse period just saying. Call it a luxurious spacious apartment but the true definition of a penthouse is always located on the top floor of a very tall apartment building.
