I'm an elitist Black Metal guy but I love this band so much. I still remember hearing Doki Doki Morning for the memes like 10 years ago, but you could still tell there was a lot of talent involved even then. And now Suzuka is one of the best vocalists and performers ever

In my opinion Suzuka Nakamoto Is the undisputed queen of metal. Her vocal range Is unmatched. Opinions vary of course, but you don’t need a powerful belting voice to be the best.
@@darkestfox-metal Agreed. She has the stage presence, the talent, the personality, she is definitely the queen of metal. The only other person that comes close (in my opinion) is maybe Tatiana Shmayluk from Jinjer
She's always been able to do the lows, just seems like they didn't really want her to. When I saw them in 2019 she embellished some stuff by going real low and it honestly sounded so bad ass.
I've missed this so much. It's good to have these girls back in action. Su's vocals never disappoint.

When you listen carefully and she starts the English section, her 'the' in 'the time has come' is just her voice, no modifications, and it sounds beautiful. I wish they'd let her sing in that slightly lower register and without the electronic chorus overtop. Her voice deserves to be heard.

高音域は言わずもがな、大好きだけど、この曲に関してはこの低音域が良いスパイスになってる。まあSu METAL が歌えば5割り増しで良曲になるんですがね。
あとMOAMETAL の良い意味でのSu METAL のボーカルを邪魔しないコーラスも高評価、なかなか出来るもんじゃない、あれだけ良いボーカルを持ってるんだから尚更。

Su's voice seems to have fully matured now. It's deeper than it was (a thing I've noticed in that BMC performance they made to a Japanese tv show, during the pandemic), and while she may still be able to do a more high-pitched voice, I doubt she'll go back to her DDM or Iine days, even if we take into account her gargantuan technique.
Moa's singing was great too, and I'm hoping she gets at least one solo song! If I had to point a single defect, is that I was hoping for some new outfits, since those are from their Metal Galaxy period.
It's great to have our Queen and Angel of Love back, along with the Kami Band!! Can hardly wait for the next song, in a month's time!!

I'm almost expecting a Iine and/or DDM type song. Just as a fan bcuz I love Iine. TBH I might not like it but fingers crossed. I stumbled she found Babymetal they UA-cam. I'm glad I did bcuz I listen to them almost constantly. I don't even like Metal but they Kool AF to me. Very catchy, kawaii, very metal if u ask me, n choreography is almost flawless. I didn't know u can move to Metal. I thought it was just jumping and hair flying everywhere. They added dancing to it. Well done BM💯

Either I was wrong, or she's just using a lower register to sing this.
In any case, I totally prefer her voicer in a deeper tone.
Heard some slowed versions of their music around, and boy, was she *good* singing in a lower tone!
I dare say that she would've gotten more "respect" from "metalheads" all around, had always sung using a lower tone.
I mean, take Lizzy Hale's voice. She's an effing singer, the best female one alive IMO. Her voice is lower than Su's. Add it the fact that BM is kawaii, and that she was just a teen, I kinda understand where those who didn't like came from...

monochrome聴いた後に改めて聴き直すと、DivineAttackのイメージがガラッと変わった。
白黒に破壊された後の世界で、未来に向けて立ち上がるような流れがあるのかな？
そういうコンセプトとして聴くと、曲構成に妙に納得してしまいました。
極上の歌声だ😂しかし、SU-METALにとってこれはウォーミングアップだろう
この疾走感と重厚なサウンド、めっちゃ好みです。ライブで完璧にしてくるので良い意味でまた印象変わるんだろな。楽しみ🎉

I'm new in this Babymetal Universe, few month for now.
Can't figure out why I didn't hear about them before, they are so awesome.
They are so versatile and manage to combine the most diverse components with perfection.
I really would like to see them in the Westfalenhalle Dortmund in Germany. A venue where big Stars like Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd oder AC/DC already played their concerts.
The special architecture of the domed building provides an incomparable atmosphere and acoustics. Hope to see that in future.
