I’ve had mine since it came out in 2014, It’s been 10 years now, everything works perfectly well and still looks as good as the day I bought it, even with the bumps lol..
As for the band having a crease. As you wear it, it forms to your wrist. This is normal.
That thing wont work right unless its upside down or on the water lol
