Fucking right. Can't blame them though. Splitting tour money between 4 instead of 5 is probably worth having 1 less guitarist. People are still gonna come to the shows. Say they make 10,000 per show (No idea on how much they actually make) as a rough figure if you split that evenly between 5 people the take is 2000 per member. If you cut a band member and take in the same amount, each member is making 500 more per show.

We'd send them back into the crowd, at the end of the day they are there to have fun and unless they are being violent or pose a threat to the band/us or even the crowd then we want everyone to carry on enjoying themselves
