In this video I’ll show you a secret to memorize musical intervals. I remember reading about intervals in a book shortly after picking up the guitar. The problem was, I could never remember them…. Until I learned this simple trick at music school. By associating each interval with a popular song, I instantly became a music theory master!

I remember intervals by modes. Major 6 is Dorian

I get what you are saying but...Ionian, mixolydian, Lydian, melodic minor, et al have major 6ths also.
You have a great method of learning your modes, but it could be confusing for those looking to learn intervals. But hey! It is working for you. There are no rules, just descriptions.

The idea of using reverb makes some sense as the intervalled notes should overlap a bit longer. Don't know if that actually helps to memorize the intervall tho, as most types of reverb won't sustain the fundamental frequencies that much.
