I’ve been practicing mindfulness and gratitude for just over a year now, twice a day in the morning and at night. Words cannot explain what I experienced last night. Felt like I’ve really connected with the core of the universe with this Inner peace, warm sensation of pure love . A place where nothing external matters. It was beautiful 🙏 Namaste.

i was forced to be someone i wasn’t by a member of my family for almost my whole life and that made me extremely depressed and i lost the meaning of life for a while bc i could never truly be who they wanted me to be and by cutting ties with them and therapy and meditation i finally got to be exactly who i am, know who i am and who i am meant to be and i know that as long as i am myself and follow my heart my future can only be bright!! our future is love, our future is happiness
