In listening to your describing Spacey as a nuanced thinker, I learned something about myself and my husband. I'm a nuanced thinker and hubby isn't. We've had so many arguments or frustrating conversations because I felt it necessary to share the nuances of my thoughts, but he wants an answer without nuances. We've now discussed this issue and came up with a game plan. When situations occur, he'll ask me if I really need to share the nuances. In response, I'll try to only say yes if it definitively matters.

I think directness and lack of nuance is more a str8 male, L female thing. Str8 females and gay men are more nuanced. In general. There's always outliers.
If someone is found "not guilty" in a criminal court, it doesn't mean that they are innocent. It just means it's very difficult to get enough evidence to prove guilt beyond all reasonable doubt. Especially for sexual assault which is done away from cameras or eye witnesses. Your channel is the best for behaviour analysis
I agree completely. I also believe that just because someone is accused of something doesn't mean they are guilty. I think Amber Heard proved that in spades.
I worked as an actors agent in London during the time he was Artistic Director at the Old Vic. What I heard about him, at least a year before accusations about him hit the press, meant I wouldn’t ever have let any of my young male actors be alone in a room with him. He had a terrible reputation and it was widely thought he’d come to the U.K. because the age of consent is lower than in the US.
Spacey was the only person I heard such things about.
Even if somebody could still be guilty, even though they were found not guilty, when do we draw the line and allow somebody to have their livelihood back when it wasn’t proven that they did anything criminal? At that point we have to assume allegations were just not true or completely exaggerated and let somebody have their career and life back.
@@ajhornes it’s not just about letting people have their career back it’s also about letting people back into a position of authority and influence that enables them to continue to abuse people. How do you stop an unrepentant sexual predator from harming people?

I was with a group of friends talking about actors showing up in dreams. We concluded that when acting, the actor is portraying a "false - hood" or lie. Would there be clues of deception we could identify in situations where someone is "putting on an act" for us?
Totally, like a “behavioral artist reacts” sort of series where someone collects good and back acting clips for Spidey to react to. Personally I like the idea a lot- from a business standpoint, he could create videos like that in between bigger research projects cuz they require little prep work.
But Spidey also could see it as clogging up his channel with content he’s not as proud of. But even if not a series, maybe he’ll consider an episode here and there.

Whether you view it good or bad, back in the 80’s I remember people being a lot less concerned about sexual advancements. There was a lot of “grabbing”, “touching”, etc. that as long as it didn’t go “too far” (whatever that would mean) it was ‘just the way it was’. Things have changed since then.

I worked in Beverly Hills as a nanny and I can confirm that most of the actors that I met had a difficult time « turning off » the acting. An actor of his caliber is probably impossible to know when he’s telling the truth and when he’s lying.
Yeah, I can't blame them. It's a career that lives or dies from the public's opinion about their performance, their personality, and their personal lives. Career actors don't relax, except when they're in private with those they're close too and trust implicitly.
It's why I laugh when a celebrity's fans, acts like they know exactly what type of person their favoured celeb is, and aggressively defends said celeb from everything and everyone who contradicts that perception.

I didn’t see it that way. I DID see the smile, and I think that’s what you might be reacting to? For me, I saw it as a rueful sort of a smile. The sort where he is almost involuntarily laughing about how, after all of this, how could anyone think he could possibly have anything left to hide? I’ve gotten myself into trouble in some situations in the past by having a similar reaction. I said something like “I know it sounds bad, but this is actually true …” and had the other person immediately assume I MUST be lying. I wasn’t. That moment had absolutely horrible consequences for me and my family. So it’s possible that I’m just biased in favor of believing Spacey as a result. I truly believe that with regard to this topic, Spacey has TRIED limiting what he said, being “discreet,” or telling only part of the truth, thinking that the other stuff didn’t matter. But it’s that slight embarrassment from “concealing” something unrelated that a suspicious person will pick up on, and go after like a dog after a buried bone. My sense is that Spacey is TIRED of all of this, and is almost helplessly laughing because he knows that as a public person (an actor), he has forfeited his right to privacy in the minds of many people, especially interviewers and reporters.
“The public” can be ruthless about “stars.” It was partly that sort of scrutiny that drove Princess Diana to make choices that resulted in her death, trying to avoid paparazzi. I could imagine Spacey having a similar feeling of being pursued relentlessly, and it resulting in this helpless almost laugh.
As a woman, have encountered a LOT of improper touching in public crowded or busy places from SO many males, most of them from normal background, respectable looking men, and it astounds me so much that we are NEVER made aware of the reality growing up. You just learn to DEAL with it.
It's interesting that some men who are in the public eye are targeted ( fairly/unfairly) but socially it's such a DONE thing and many will never even consider their misdemeanor as something they need to curb...
Totally agree. When the Russell brand thing was in the spotlight I wondered how many men I could accuse of the same thing. A. Loads.
I just went to a small show at a bar last month. I'm a 47 year old woman. Standing in a crowd, listening to the band, minding my own business...and someone put their hand around my waist. I turn around...there's just a wall of people staring at me. Who did it? Why did they do it? I will never know. Didn't we learn in kindergarten to keep our hands to ourselves?!?

That said, these types of people are always on the same side. The side that they think will get them the most clout. IE: $$$
He proved, in court that Johnny Depp assaulted her on 12 occasions. Spacey proved in court that he did nothing wrong. How is it ironic? Wooten not only won his case but all the appeals and the court ordered Depp to pay his costs. Wooton's lawyer got Depp to admit, on the witness stand that he headbutted Heard. That was one of the 12 instances of assault. The US judge suppressed that evidence so the US jury never knew Depp admitted to one assault. That was independent of anything Heard said.

The gay community has its own ways. Gay people in the U.K. go to these particular cinemas or parks to get each other off. This man being shocked with that situation was either not gay or milking the situation.

Well yeh he’s sad because he was caught and pissed off he can’t put it right.
I had the same feeling that he was very honest.
All the emotions, the pauses, the timing of the emotions.
He always seemed sincere, but ofc thoughtful as clearly he had to be careful of how to word things with so many enemies lurking.
The problem is ofc that he is one of the best actors of our time. So he does fit the profile of the kind of person that could fool you.
In the end though, if you take a step back and evaluate the accusations, it seems to me the people accusing are afaik all adults deciding to go along and then suddenly years later ... sue for money after their career didn't earn them money.
It looks like they were trying opportunistically to fit the boss v young girl frame of Weinstein and metoo onto a situation of two adult actors.
That doesn't really work, and it seems in the end a disgusting money grab. All that whilst utterly ruining a career and legacy.
Have to agree, yet we all know that when it comes to sexual-predators and how they view the suffering and emotional reactions of their prey, the word "honest" barely applies as they never see what they did the way their victims do, nor even how outsiders would either!!

You can really tell how nuanced he is thinking and to me that makes total sense, since I tend to think in a similar way. Some people use what someone says as a template for everything else that person does/says, which can be super frutrating (great comment about the youtube comments btw😂)! I feel like this gives him a bit more credibility in his statements because he seems to not just go off of the idealized image some people have of themselves in their head, which then makes them straight up deny doing certain things just because they don't like the behaviours they are accused off (and therefore they cant identify with them) - without actually reflecting on their behaviour! I also think there are some things that he has done in the past, that probably werent appropriate and I would have loved for the parts that were "ludicrous " to him for him to specify. But what I liked about this interview is, that because of the nuanced thinking element, I got the feeling that he actually did reflect and does still reflect on himself and his behaviours which is always a good start!
I completely agree with everything you said. I also think he did some stuff that he shouldn’t have done but I believe he actually did reflect on them and if he apologizes about any of it it will be the result of actual reflection not just a statement. That said, if any of these instances were more than just a little inappropriate, it does make these accusations more serious than just “silly Kevin, there he goes again.”

@@TheBehavioralArts As I’ve sat with this and thought further, I think there’s a big piece of this that’s getting missed: Slut shaming. Usually, in our culture, women are the ones who are slut shamed. Women aren’t supposed to want sex, or ask for it, or be enthusiastic about accepting it. But gay men are also slut shamed, for similar reasons. They are less powerful than straight men, and historically have a lot to lose, similarly to women.
So, Spacey is getting both sides of the MeToo tragedy here. He is both a white male in the entertainment industry, and therefore automatically under suspicion of wrongdoing in the era of MeToo. But he is ALSO gay, and that is still a second class citizen in our culture, and especially in the Entertainment industry.
Spacey is accused of things that, were he straight, probably wouldn’t have raised eyebrows, especially not in the 90’s. Even “admitting” that he’s gay puts him under suspicion. Being gay and actively pursuing sex? Totally out of bounds. Our culture wants him to be safely tucked out of sight, engaging in only the most monogamous and straightest version of sex and romance possible for a gay man. Any indication that he wants gay sex, possibly with more than one person, is going to be met with severe disapproval. And where there are “two sides to a story” or where things went slightly wrong and the other person was disappointed or discomfited in some way? Well, that’s going to be painted in the worst possible light, simply because he’s gay.
IMO Kevin Spacey is being used (at least in part) by other men to deflect from the very real and rampant misogyny highlighted by the MeToo movement. He is being accused like a man, and slut shamed like a woman. No wonder he’s angry , sad, and frustrated.
@@charismahornum-fries691Yes, that is part of the problem. If he issues a blanket apology, it would seem like he’s admitting fault for all of it, even the parts he clearly feels are inaccurate. If he tries to take ownership of the parts where he DID do something wrong, but doesn’t address the other things, then he will be seen as giving a “non-apology.” He can’t win, at least not in the court of public opinion.
My read is that Kevin Spacey pursues casual sex and is typically more assertive, potentially because he tends to pursue younger men. That inherently puts him in a position where he is more likely to make others feel uncomfortable and he may not realize it because other people may be enamored with him or trying to use him to further their career (and Hollywood has a massive problem with that due to the inherent insecurity of actors and if they will make it or not). The thing in the cinema, I think his position was that he has had sexual encounters in cinemas which for more sexually adventurous people that's a common experience. He didn't want to say "its not something I've ever done", I got the sense what he meant more its nothing he's pressured someone into doing that didn't seem interested in doing that sort of thing. I think the ridiculous part is all the creative writing details of the accusation that try to maximize how bad the situation was.
Yeah I am on Spacey's side. I actually was swayed to be biased because of the ID special, but after listening to what the accusers behaviors were and how they felt were a cognitive dissonance. Not genuine. Emotional blackmail is what I believe happened. They were chomping at the bit to do favors thinking hoping KS would help their careers and he didn't so they are bitter and angry. There was no transactional arrangements.
Roughly about 2007 a person I worked with told me they had been to a play premier with their girlfriend who worked on it and KS was there. He said KS had turned up with a really young boy (16/17). He made everyone really uncomfortable and eventually management pulled him out the venue. Fast forward to family guy making jokes and it being a not well kept secret that he is a creep with boys.
I do get the feeling he's a creep, but 16-17 is not a "really young boy." In most states, 17 is the age of consent. There are much worse things going on in Hollywood and beyond, be assured.

All I'm saying is that the LAW begs to differ with you. The law being that thing that's voted on by WE THE PEOPLE. It also being the thing that determines who gets LOCKED UP.
In most cases there's something wrong with a child who's attracted to someone that much older and we should be sensitive to that. In most cases. We should also note that there are a lot of 40 year olds who aren't emotionally mature enough for sexual relations.
When I was around 30 I dated several teenagers. They taught me a thing or two.
Ironically, the fact that he's such a good actor really works against him here, I don't know what to believe....it's getting harder and harder to separate the art from the artist these days
I got the impression that there was some kind of truth to the finger incident and Kevin was trying to figure out how to explain that one. Which could explain the signs of stress and sudden change in baseline. But when the interviewer mentions that no cameras caught the incident basically giving him a free pass to deny it. He then decided to take it which could explain why his answer (that's ridiculous) felt odd. IMO
I agree. I think the movie and massage situation has truth to it, but he has also been accused of things which was not true.
I'm thinking you'd never do something so outrageous where some one of the many photographers could video the incident. Unless drugs were involved. So judgement goes out the window.
This accusation doesn't add up. I think he might engage in that behaviour in private, but not where there is every chance it would be sold to TMZ in under 30 minutes.
Yeah, it seemed like he knew there was zero chance of this accusation going anywhere because of how outrageous it is, so he didn't feel the need to vehemently deny it. Just say "never happened". That could be because it genuinely never happened, or because he was so confident that he got away with it. Could be either.

K, remember the time and atmosphere. Due to the age of KS and he being a gay man, ppl used to go to theatres to do this stuff. It might not have been Private Ryan, but it COULD have been "Shaving Ryan's Privates" but that would have hurt the accuser's credibility.

You do a great job at re-explaining things you've explained in other videos. It really helps me solidify my learning.
I did not look at the comments intentionally and maybe I will be in the minority, but I believe him. I think the reason he is so pissed is because he knows he's done some f-ed up stuff with his pushy advances towards men and I'm sure that comes from him being a high profile actor. But I also find it extremely believable that people were allowing him to be flirty and allowed his advances because they were hoping he would help their career. I also believe he has been used a lot and it hurts to be accused of inflammatory stories plus, we have to remember that these situations have cost him his career so it's a big deal and I think that some of his intensity is coming from. The fact that he's like, "look, I'm willing to admit XYZ but come on, I cannot believe that you all believe ABC." And I think he's offended that people are even accusing him of some of these things. Maybe I'm wrong. I've also had boyfriends that cheated on me so clearly I'm not the best judge of character lol 🤣🤣
I think KS is creepy at best. Being famous attracts other creeps. Does it make KS guilty of crimes? No. Doesn’t give him a pass either. Hollywood needs to clean up their act.
He sounds sincere. The gay scene can get sleazy and he fully says that.
Man to man romance has a totally different dynamic and I think it leaves a lot of people that are out of that loop confused. It’s very upfront and assertive, we aren’t choosing a partner to burden with “knocking” up. In most cases you have to prove your monetary stability/DNA worth to a female partner essentially. How long has his sexuality been public? The movie theater one just made me wonder because if he’s giving another man tons of attention & that man thinks he’s attracted to women, then he’d assume he’s taking him under his wing, since flirting or having feelings wouldn’t even be an option to consider. And there Kevin Spacey is inviting him to the movies thinking the guy likes him. I could see that being a crazy misunderstanding.
I’m not saying anything else beyond that is excusable but I wonder how many men were so taken aback by things he did or said because they didn’t even realize he was gay.

In regard to memory. Last year I met someone that got me a job. Saw them this year. And I could swear he didn't have a beard when we initially met and looked slightly different. The man always had a beard but I did not remember the beard. Small example.
Being someone with a photographic memory it's hard for me to relate to this because I'm always telling people exactly how things happen for 20 years ago word for word and describing the scenes. And then they will tell me that I have it all wrong. Then I will go and get the VHS tape and show them the memory and it's exactly how I say.
I should also point out that I was a very strange child. Up until the age of nine I had this weird habit every night before I went to bed where I would start from the day I was born and relive my entire night until that particular night when I went to sleep. So I basically relived my entire life every single night before bed. Do you realize how much memory exercise that is for 10 years straight?
I think I helped to give myself a photographic memory by doing that. And yes I can remember the day I was born!
Even today at 43 I still go over my life from beginning to end quite frequently. And I go over past situations and future situations and hypothetical situations in my mind when I'm in the car or in the shower to prepare myself for survival

I have a master in psychology so I know a little of the subject.
IIRC we have no idea at all of the cause of this difference. I struggle to even believe that a mind can do that. But it's been well documented by scientists for decades.
I really wonder whether you trained yourself, or on the other hand the remembering of your life every night might as well be an early effect of something else. That is something we will still be debating in a 100 years I think.
Further analysis:
1) sleep cycle:
In a sense, one could frame it that you just have more of something we all have.
I think all of us experience a kind of replay of the day, or recent impactful moments, just before we fall asleep. That seems to be a natural part of our brain's sleep mechanism. It's what gives a lot of sleep problems too.
We don't know why people sleep. We understand very little of that. But we do know that sleep deprivation; specifically preventing REM sleep or dream sleep leads to: psychosis, hallucinations, etc. The brain seems to need this "reset" phase regularly or it will cease to function usefully. This phase seems different for you.
2) Attention:
For your memory to retain all that, it has to write it all down first. For most people this is where the experience is encoded and reduced in detail.
Yet you retain much more detail, so therefore you have to have paid much better attention.
Probably the larger difference is in how you pay attention than in how you recall the recorded.
In fact you must be paying so much attention, that I think because our brain does have limits, you must be paying less attention to other things that most people spend their cognitive power on.
Questions:
Do you tend to e.g. remember feelings less? Smells? Sounds?
Do you perhaps have more issues socially, relating to people?
Sorry for asking personal questions. I'm just trying to test my hypothesis that for you to be so good at one thing, it must therefore spend less time on something else, compared to most people.

A not-guilty verdict does not mean that the defendant is innocent, but rather that the prosecution has not met its burden of proving guilt. Innocent, on the other hand, refers to the actual state of the defendant. It means that the defendant did not commit the crime they are being accused of.
And does he have to do to prove his innocence? Since when do we go by "feeling"? He was acquitted.

I love how objective you are with your analysis. You have very good judgement Spidey.
He is acting, but he may use his craft for these difficult situations in front of camera. Some actors struggle to be themselves when not in roles and, to be honest, I think this is what makes Mr Spacey such an amazing actor.

It’s so difficult with actors. Spacey has convincingly had me believing he was an alien in KPax, a serial killer in Se7en, and a Southern Gentleman in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Watch him transform before your eyes from a special needs simpleton to a legendary crime boss in The Usual Suspects. And this master of acting has had seven years to prepare for this, the most important role of his life … I feel like he’d have no problem delivering this performance. It’s no more complex than American Beauty.

The problem is that KS is an AMAZING actor. That means he has an amazing ability to make people believe he is someone he isn't. That makes it impossible for me to trust my own judgment when it comes to believing him. I know that isn't fair to him, but it's true. 🤷♂️
With the Rauri Cannon incident, the interviewer says, “How is it that none of those cameras caught that?” Kevin Spacey’s FIRST response is, “I don’t know.” He does go on to say it didn’t happen, but I’d think an innocent person’s FIRST response would be, “Because it didn’t happen!”

I think he might have stepped out of line occasionally, but also he has a point about events that happened more than twenty years before .. memory isn't reliable and people embellish.

With your videos I find it often that I rarely have an opinion on the people you are analisying, but I always have an opinion on what makes more sense in the given situation. Do I believe a story based on a person's behavior or not. And I truly love that about your videos.

Ugly behaviour but not criminal, who in their right minds can say they can never be accused of ugly behaviour - especially in Hollywood. 20-30 years ago it was almost impossible for people to get the police to investigate and prosecute anyone. It isn't that most didn't want to but they weren't taken seriously.

Not me. Seems like he wasn’t trying to be rude and aggressive with an angle for inciting emotions for ratings like a lot of interviewers. Like stated in the replies, he provides both sides.
When we are used to interviewers who go after interviewees like an attack dog, then even neutrality can seem biased in favor of the interviewee. Also, if DW has “had his own scandals” as I’ve seen suggested here (he’s not someone I am familiar with, so I just don’t know), then he may be showing a degree of *empathy* for Spacey’s situation. Empathy doesn’t necessarily mean you AGREE with the person; just that you understand how they might feel the way that they do. Spacey likely had turned down many “offers” for an interview over the years, and may have felt that DW would be more nuanced in his interview (which Spidey points out is how Spacey seems to think.) Spacey probably felt he needed to get ahead of the Channel 4 story as much as possible, but wanted an interviewer he could WORK with.

Here is what I think - as a person who was a huge KS fan - and who abandoned him when the first accusations and his firing from House of Cards happened. After watching this - I feel sad for him that all of this has happened. ESPECIALLY against the backdrop of all of the seriously nasty stuff coming out about Hollywood and the music industry - and the wrestling industry !!!!! I am going to start watching his old films again and wish him some peace..

It would be like RuPaul having to respond to serious accusations. How do you approach situations like that?
Interesting question, there probably would still be a baseline to differentiate from and analyse?
@@Fire-Queen sure absolutely but there are hold ups to analysing an actor since they're people who can easily fake behaviors. When it comes to someone who IS their own sort of character, to me it's much more challenging. You never know where the person ends and the character begins

Just starting this video. At 2:35 he says, “I have nothing left to hide” and then delivers a very creepy Cheshire Grin that makes me feel like he most certainly does have more to hide. It’s like he thinks they’re playing a game. Which is odd, because the rest of his body language speaks differently.
Was it a Cheshire grin or was he moving his lips unconsciously to prepare himself to drink possibly hot coffee or tea? 🤔 Because to me, it looks like he may be preparing his lips to make contact with hot liquid. Idk. Some people see anything a person does as a "gotcha, bitch!" moment (not saying you do), but I don't, so that's just my initial thought. That's not to take away from your opinion or observations, which could absolutely be right. Just adding my own opinion is all.

Watch the weird video he did as half himself, half Frank from HoC. Or any of that show. He does this mix of “pulling taffy” while purposely locking eye contact and making a sinister look with his eyes behind that exact grin. Again, it not for sure, and I’m not as good as Spidey at this. But it seems really clearly to me to be a purposeful look that he has used for years.

I think it was more a rueful expression. Often we grin in moments like that, it doesn’t mean we are feeling satisfied or happy.
For accuser number 4 you have to remember back in 1998 not everybody knew who was gay and who wasn't so you had to just kind of make your move. I was really good at reading the signs of when an alcoholic was going to blow a fuse so to speak & it helped me in some dangerous situations in my life and I was pretty good at reading people in general, but there was a lot more to learn & watching The Behavior Panel & your channel I wasn’t nearly as good as I thought I was, I’m still not where I’d like to be, but I don’t stink as bad as I did at the beginning I think watching some things over & over as well as Greg saying “the organism does what made the organism successful” and I started absorbing a few things by osmosis & since I grew up feeling like I had to mentally fight for my life I was of course interested in reading people & sizing it up…. I watched a guy called the “Ice Man & The Psychiatrist” and I would LOVE to see The behavior Panel & The behavior analysis (Spidey) read those interviews and interrogations on THE ICE MAN…… he’s bone chilling, it’s on MAX & I try to make him out but he looks drooped from something being jumped or a stroke idk but he’s a heck of a character I’ll tell you that!!!❤
If he indeed exposed himself in a movie theater, and then if he also did that thing out side of the savoy, he probably got a level of satisfaction from doing things publicly that he could have gotten caught at. He also adamantly said he never locked a door. If I were doing private things in a trailer where anyone could come in, I would definitely lock the door. Doesn’t mean the person inside with me can’t leave, but I would want to ensure no one would walk in. Unless he gets satisfaction out of the fear of getting caught. Just trying to draw lines between the different things he said.
Interesting thoughts. To clarify tho I don’t think he’s saying he’s never LOCKED a door he’s saying he’s never BLOCKED a door like physically stood in the way of someone getting out. That was what the person was saying he did and makes much more sense when you think about him saying “I even cried to stop someone from leaving but….”

Thank you for sharing your observations. I admit that I am biased because I like K.S. as an actor. It also appears to me that some people confuse the actor with his roles. So hearing your thoughts and how you put them into context was very interesting. We humans a complicated creatures and relations are complex. What bothered me the most was Dan Wootton's leading questions and statements, his seeking for approval and not keeping the interview neutral.
The eye-brow bit was really interesting. I have really expressive eyebrows it can move more than most people.
It suddenly resonated with that people have told me in my life I'm like an open book, that my emotions are very readable.
I think it also leads people to trust me faster. But i'm also pretty honest.
Maybe eyebrows + honesty => trust.

Based on what he said, he has already apologized in private in person to those he hurt. Not a public display. He try the public display and he was destroyed. He may be acting but the red around his eyes and the welled tears show to me an increased blood flow and holding back tears. Much more authentic than movie eye drops. Anyway all people make mistakes, ALL, how bad it actually is is much more nuanced than we like to admit. It really sounds like he accepted responsibility with those he hurt. I believe that is the best way. The public being given an apology is not necessary. Most of us are not expected to apologize to society in general fir our misdeeds. Have compassion. His life was wrecked.

He is a master actor. I don't trust soliloquys from him. Because I believed all his past roles I've seen. He can appear believable whatever he says to me. His past works are all tainted now. Like "The Lost Boys" movie. Loved it at the time. Can't watch it again now when I know what was happening to the Coreys.
KS' career is over as far as I'm concerned.
Unless a first accuser made his behaviors and patterns public, he might be continuing his smarmy behavior right to this very day. Look at Weinstein. Also, there are probably many men in positions of power or advantage that do crap like this every.day. Frankly, when "comeuppance" time arrives, I have no sympathy for any of them.
I also think, he is very nuanced. It can be a disadvantage to be nuanced, when the other person ist very clear and you reflect that memory is flawed. Thank you for the information, that this is very rare. I have colleagues and friends, who are nuanced and I think of myself to be nuanced as well - so discussions with them are totally different. And for me it also gives the person more credibility.

I think Spacey is certainly an intelligent and reflective person. I even feel compassion for him. He probably used to be lost, did bad things, understood it, yet somehow I feel like I still couldn't entirely trust him, perhaps because of that bitterness that seems to be possessing him.

I wouldn’t add that specific head shake to a cluster because he’s making a negative statement but with the smile, the blink rate, the mouth blocking and object interaction you might have a little cluster there worth digging into. It’s very possible he’s holding in resentments towards the email and it being shared 😊

KS is probably one, if not the, greatest actor that came from the 80s. I honestly think that he’s so good an actor many believe he won’t be believed because of it. His tv/film characters are such terrible people that people believe he’s the characters he play. I also think he came out of a time when gay men in certain areas/professions were just feeling free to be out and were not as discrete when making advances and just played it off when they made a mistake. People meet and use stars every day hoping to get an advantage. They would do anything. If the encounter does not get them what they want they get mad and feel used when their agenda was hidden. I honestly think people still feel a certain way towards gay entertainers. Sexual harassment is sexual harassment and always wrong. He had star power and publicist usually try to protect them from things. I think he was probably such a notorious flirt they just let him fall on his sword. The 80s wasn’t the Rock Hudson studio system. I hope he can work again.
