Next hammer 1 to 3 on the A string and 1 to 3 on the E string when playing the Verse. Great tutorial if youre basing off the record but his other performances have a few more hammer ons. The chorus appears to be missing from this tutorial as well, might be worth a look around to find those (I'm not going to advertise for other channels here but just advising.)

Just bought my first acoustic because I was inspired by recently discovering Mr. Wall… wanted a Martin but found I enjoyed the sound and quality more on the Taylor I ended up with. It’s a spruce top, koa back and sides with no lacquer. I also wanted a 000 without a cutaway but ended up buying a cutaway 😂 just sounded best to my ears. Now I should stop typing and start learning. Thanks for your help

Its all spot on beside the background of that 3rd little B but that B fills in and makes it less emty. Unlearning and incorrect way of playin somthing youve played for years is frustrating bc ur fingers wana do wat theyeve always done
And/or the wild one from basement sessions. I frickin love Shawn James music, and the guys voice is unbelievable. Even his covers are awesome, I just listened to his version of who did that to you about 2 hours ago a John legend cover that Shawn and his gang cover with guitar banjo and harmonica and it to is amazing
Im not much of a finger picker yet, but I noticed you don't use the PIMA positioning for it, but your pointer for both in the beginning. Does it matter which method.

I've listened to the song repeatedly, and it's great that you can fingerpick all those notes, but some of those notes you're playing are not in the song, on the record... You're making it much more complicated than it has to be... but everyone has their own style, and it's great that you can do that...

I love taylor guitar. I have a 314ce from about 2002 and my favourite is a 514e from 2013z they are such great playing and sounding guitars
