I'm really disappointed with the MagSafe compatibility of this product. After waiting for years, I finally got it, but it didn't live up to my expectations at all. The magnets are disappointingly weak. I was expecting to pick up my phone with the wallet attached, but all I got was the wallet. It's frustrating to see that my $30 PopSocket MagSafe wallet performs much better than this one from Ridge. Their decision-making by wanting us to slap on a glue-on plate keeps me from being able to use all my other magsafe devices (nightstand, car, desk stand, etc) and execution have left me deeply disappointed.
I think it’s a little pricey but I think it’s an improvement on the non MagSafe model. I am using a nomad phone case and it has extra magnets in it too!
Consider giving the Fantom M a try. I purchased the extra slim version about ten months ago, and it has held up remarkably well. I even added a popsocket, as I also own the popwallet, and I find its magnetism to be on par with, if not superior.
Is the MagSafe compatibility really that bad? Watched two other videos and allll the comments were like “I returned mine immediately.” I use an otterbox magnet car mount as well as a charging MagSafe dock. Would those work?
I like the MagSafe! It’s engages nicely and keeps the wallet in place!! I use a MagSafe charger and car mount and the ridge wallet fits perfectly in my everyday use!!
Is that a brand new MagSafe ridge wallet in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?!?

So I have an iPhone 15 pro with an Apple Silicone MagSafe case. I really want to try a Ridge wallet and now they have this one. I use a regular trifold wallet. Not extremely thick but it’s thick. I think this would be nice when I do throw in my front pocket with my phone it will somewhat lock in place where it’s suppose to. I guess. Also I feel my wallet is good enough too.
