For the inner thigh part, is the leg at an angle or straight?
Straight, you want to keep the heel level with the toe so the inner thigh is working in a superior position against gravity. If you angle the leg & lead with the toe in puts the quad in charge as it is now in a position working against gravity. Inner thigh facing up to the ceiling. You’ll feel the difference.
Great routine, but maybe you could slow down and be a little more deliberate in your movement so as to prevent injury.
