I would suggest using a gamepad. I looked at demo gameplay and it seems like it's basically designed for gamepad.
I'd buy it, I just hope that it has more polish by release in a few years. I'm one of those guys who's fine with retro graphics as long as there's a good framerate. A high framerate can make tons of things work visually. 45-60 FPS and I'd be happy. Edit: All right. I'm backing for 40 USD. It's a bit more in Canada dollars but such is life.

The only thing that concerns me is the lack of a release date. This is the first KS game I've come across that doesn't have one.
Since we are relatively early in development, I can't commit to a concrete date because it's too hard to predict. The goal is to complete the game by the end of 2022 at the latest.

It has been almost 1 year since it was removed as a purchase on steam and there has been no updates about the development of this game so I'm sure it's safe to say the devs abandoned this project.

Not enough information for the player in terms of stealth and combat looks too reliable. Taking on one should be ok, but getting swarmed by guards should be something you either run from or die. Otherwise you can just ignore the stealth and treat it like a hack n slash, rather than a stealth game.
