Necrofugitive is a 2D stealth-action game about an evil shapeshifter on the run from justice. Survive a world forged through Medieval history with merciless pursuers, daring escapes, and an ancient mystery driving your every move.

Medieval Prototype, I Love it.
I want to be able to do a backflip if I'm being chased. Even if it's an upgrade. Flip and get behind them with a slight lag in their reaction based on rank.
2D Prototype? Hell yeah
I have no idea why this is only showing up in my feed NOW. But this is amazing. Villain protagonist titles are rare and every one I see I will make a note of. Between Carrion, Prototype, Clan Tzimisce in VtM table top and this its particularly nice to see the idea of a biomorphic player character kept alive.
My first thoughts were Carrion. I cant wait to play this

Just played the steam demo and its is fantastic! The keyboard controls could use some work, but over all very fun.
I played the game in demo and it is really amazing and wonderful, but I have a set of notes to make this game perfect:
1. In order to carry out the covert killing of a soldier, this occurs during four stages. The first stage transforms the character from disguise to original. The second stage: killing the soldier. The third stage: Seizing the soldier's body. The fourth stage is disguise. This is very much, and with time it will become really boring, and this is very unfair to the game and lacks the required excitement and lack of smoothness.
2. I hope that the story in the original game will be wonderful, as the story indicators in the Demo are very weak, such as who is the hero and why does he escape, what is the reason for his imprisonment, who is his enemy, what is the reason for the curse, what is the reason for the ability to transform into a monster, and who is the crazy girl who was fighting the hero and also fighting the enemies? What is her story and her affiliation?
3. The tricks used against the enemy are very few.

What do you think of the following proposals:
1. The character's ability to silently kill and hide the body while in disguise without having to transform into the original character.
2. At the beginning of the game, the hero is a normal, non-cursed human being, and over time in the story he is afflicted with a curse, and then with time the curse develops so that he turns into a monster, and the hero is unhappy with what happens to him.
3. The character turns into a monster in an involuntary way for the player at some times, or the character turns into a monster under two conditions: the first is that the monster bar is completed and the second is that the hero approaches death and is surrounded by a large group of enemies (this will make the excitement very high).
Please not n°2.
Sometimes you just want to play the bad guy, not the "I was treated unfairly, and the kingdom and light are actually the bad guys"
N°3 sounds a lot like n°2 with the goal of removing agency from the player and make it harder to be kind, whereas I hope this game just makes you play as the straight up villain.
