Thanks for this podcast. What really helped me was extended fasting combined with prayer. The reason why is because God kept revealing to me new ways to eat, showing me what foods to minimize and which ones to eat more. This was the only way for me to make breakthroughs with my eating, and it may require divine intervention.

Gastroenterologists should watch this video. The ones at my IBD clinic still insist that diet has nothing to do with UC. They're convinced that it's 'autoimmune' and nothing else.
I try to eat as much veg as possible, milk kefir (home made) and fermented vegetables. I'm still on bare bones mesalazine medication. Hopefully, it'll stay that way. I don't have the guts to come off it for fear of a massive flare up.
Did Shamiz get ill with UC in Japan? I'm sure while researching my disease (the doctors just gave me pills and zero information), I'm sure I came across his story somewhere.

Hey, correct, Shamiz got diagnosed with UC in Japan in 2012. In August he will be medication free for 12 years :)

If you look at the new research it is an autoimmune issue. If you've seen Mark pimental videos on people with a anti-CdtB and anti-vinculin proteins that are released by bacteria. They present in higher levels of people with uc and Crohn's. A video with Mark pimental and Mark hyman is very interesting and worth a watch.

Great video man. I have been battling H. Pylori recently and its tough. I weigh nothing lol. Trying my best to transform my lifestyle, get more rest, and focus on real food rather than anything out of a packet.

Eat a cup of raw broccoli sprouts a day. That will fix it.

Sometimes we need to say we are really sorry for our actions and we hope that the other side is receptive and willing to forgive.
This is a life lesson for all of us. All of you have been a blessing for so many people looking for answers.
May Jesus Christ keeps blessing you and since you are famous please bring His massage to everyone who is willing to listen.

Thanks, Kenny😀, once again for bringing these guys on the podcast. Very inspiring. I have a question. I used to have blood in my stool and I have been doing smoothies with blueberries and kefir, eating fermented veggies, taking L-glutamine, and exercising. It worked for me. However, I sometimes still have a few drops of blood in my stool. Is this part of the healing process, or what would you have done in this situation when you were sick?

Do you take stool test for inflammation numbers?
      Do you eat out?

@@cghrios783 Yes, I had my colonoscopy a few months ago, and my inflamation has reduced, and I now have mild colits. However, I feel great and normal like anyone else, and I push myself in the gym. I do eat once a week if I want to, but I don't stop myself, and mostly I cook at home.

It's safe as long as you use critical thinking and don't do anything stupid. Simply hearing someone's experience is not dangerous in itself.
