I have a question I have a 2008 dodge grand caravan sxt 4.0L V6 my A/C works perfectly in the front but the back blows hot air . All controls front and back are set to blue cold. What could be the problem
No dual climate in dodge caliber, but many, many with cold air on passenger side.
The only vent blowing hot air on mine is the one by the window on the driver’s side. The middle driver’s one is cool. The passenger ones are cold.

This only controls the mix of cold/warm air right, nothing to do with fan speed?
I believe initialise it means it is in the home position. There should be a micro switch in the gear drive to tell the processor it is in this position.
2015 Chrysler 300 S having same issue when AC is on blow’s correct out drivers side but Hot air out passenger side I will try to replace the blend door actuator this week hope it works and don’t cause more problems…….

Having an issue with my 2012 Chrysler 200 touring blowing out hot air on the drivers side and cold on the passenger side. This morning no air whatsoever was blowing out of any of my vents besides the ones by my feet. It's freezing outside and I need this issue fixed but have no idea what could be causing this. Checked antifreeze and it's not low.

I'm stuck. driver's side will heat but not cool. Passenger side will cool but not heat. both actuators move when I change the internal temp from max low (with air conditioner on) to max high (with air conditioner off). Tried it with cabin filter removed--no better.

I have a 2012 dodge avenger that does exactly the same thing, except it's not supposed to do it since there is no control to change temperature independently on each side. It should be all the same.

Yes, you destroyed your heater core. Never put anything in your coolant or radiator. All the stuff they sell is garbage and destroys the entire system.

Try the fan I'm replacing mine now. One side is not working which makes it hot on the side the fan is not blowing. I'm hoping it will work i well know in about 30 minutes. Also I don't have a duel system

Blend doors are so annoying. alot of them look very close when people try to get them at parts store and end up getting the wrong ones
My 2016 charger was blowing cold air on the driver side. Now after replacing the blend door actuator is stock on hot air.
The motor that spins the actuator gears works. I can see it rotating but it goes back to the initial starting position right away. Any suggestions?

No, it actually got worse. Every time I start up the car it makes a very loud and annoying clicking sound that lasts at least 30-40sec. I’m thinking to just remove the actuator and drive the car without it until I figure something out.
I believe that the actuator is not the problem. It might be the A/C and heater control switch.
It's probably something with programming the module since this a new car, I would look it up and see if it requires programming since the HVAC is a computer on its own.

what happens if it's blowing hot air on one side and not the other and you do not have dual temperature control? also it's blowing air equally there's no weakness on one side or the other it's just the heat only it works fine with the AC. '08 Dodge ram is my situation. heater core or one of them five to six doors that are in the HVAC systemm thanks for your video
This must be a defect on those Rams i have the exact same truck you have 08 Dodge Ram and I’m having the same problem you have. Cold air on passengers side warm air on drivers side. Did you figure out the problem?

I got a 2015 Lincoln MKX and it only cost 50 but if you take it to them. It would be 300-500. “Labor”. It’s easy to change too

Exactly some problem here.I have a 2013 200 having this issue. Blend door motor flap replaced but now and before having issue with heat on driver side cool air on passenger side. I need my heat on both sides getting colder here.
