Is this the KraftTone set? What are the halftone patterns at 4:54? I use CSP so maybe my version doesn’t have them.
The Kraftone brushes are add ons you'll have to purchase from True Grit Texture Supply. They have a set for CSP, which is reasonably priced for what it does. Good luck!
Is this plugin tool available for something other than Photoshop? There is a huge population of artists that no longer work in Photoshop.
Yep! I believe they support Procreate.
How do you get any accuracy with those cursors?
That was just a one off - normally I have brush previews turned on.
