That is the Trex Signature aluminum railing. Any railing will do as long as you have around 2 1/2" clearance between the railing and window. We also have a ton of examples on our website you can check out at www.exterioradditions.com
Helen Winter-Rose Unfortunately I don’t have any helpful info for that application. We just use the product on our porch builds. I suggest checking out their website and finding a local distributor that may be able to offer more info relevant to the application and client.
There should be a 'bronzish-ish' color clip at the top of the unit where the panel locks into place. Sometimes these clips get moved/removed. If you do not have a clip at the top, you would need to contact the manufacturer to see if they could send you some to pop back into place. You could also check out the company ScreenMobile and they may have a franchise nearby that could assist.
I just had mine installed. I have one question in need of a solution. Cabana door swing open. There’s no check chain or hydraulic closer of course. What do you recommend to keep from slamming against the house if it were to fly open? Realizing that adding anything via screws nullifies warranty. Thanks!
Happy to help! On our projects we use a door bumper/door stop, rather then a chain or closer on the door. This will prevent damage to the home and preserve the warranty on your door. Depending on your situation, you may have to get creative, but your local home center should have the parts needed for a solution. Best wishes!
@@feniansons You are correct, it would need to be a traditional wall/baseboard mounted bumper (mounted on the exterior wall of the home). The EzeBreeze hinges use a captured pin and are fixed.
@@exterioradditions would you like to provide a quote for a roof and enclosure over a deck? Are you tied in with EzeBreeze or can you offer other brands?
@@thomsumner5404 Sure, please visit our website www.exterioradditions.com and fill out a service request for a visit. We do only offer the EzeBreeze system from a window perspective. Let us know if we can help!
Hey David, We use either an all aluminum railing (Trex Reveal) or a hybrid wood/aluminum railing. The "key" is using 6" wall columns so you have the space to operate the units with the railing in place. Best wishes on the project!
Good video. What company in Charlotte/ Fort Mill cleans the windows? Thx
What is the color of your Eze Breeze in your video? I'm trying to find the pebble khaki installed to see what it looks like. Thx
Hey Julie! These are bronze, pebble khaki would be very similar to the wall post color in the video
What kind of heater is that could you please share the name or a link for it?
Those arre Infratech Infrared heaters, they are awesome on these spaces. You can reach out to them direct to find a dealer/installer in your area.
He said it’s a radiant type heater
I want to know about the gate around the bottom of the windows. I’m worried about kids and animals ruining the vinyl

How deep is that porch out from the brick? Thank you
It is a 12' deep space
Can use an ezebreeze porch as a greenhouse in a cold mid-Atlantic climate? Also, can the marine vinyl be used on a porch roof for a greenhouse?

@@exterioradditions ok thx!
I have one window panel that will not stay up at the very top. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks so much.

@@exterioradditions sounds good to me. Thanks a lot
Also, correct me if I’m wrong but the hinge pins don’t pop off to add a doorstop that way. Or do they?

Thanks a lot for the replies. Appreciate it. Just grabbed a door stop. First try. Epic fail. The search continues
Do you build the roof system as well or just add the windows ? I assume you have the railing due to your porch/deck being off the ground?
We specialize in building the entire space and utilize the EzeBreeze system for the screens/windows of our new builds. You are correct on the railing.

I'm Installing full height system like yours. I was wondering what the railing system is that you used for fall protection?

Needs to have a screen you can pull down to keep bugs out.
It actually does have a fixed screen on the outside with the windows on the inside, no bugs here :)
Are you all out of business?
we're getting some of these on our porch. Im excited. Question though, what kind of heater is that?
INFRATECH slimline 5000 watt infrared. We have installed several hundred and love them! Enjoy your new porch space!
