That's my question in . In Northwestern PA. the weather is rough. Sever snow and icy winds. Could a window like this hold up to that kind of beating ? Also, does it scratch easily ? What is the cost ? Can a thief easily cut the window and break in ???
I'm not with the company, but had the same question. Look at 1:57 where they are being installed. There you can clearly see they have a screen. I'm not sure if they all come with a screen or it's a separate option, but you can at least get them with a screen.
I had a 4 seasons solarium that essentially fell apart over 15 years. The ceiling was made up of 9 thermal pane windows. I am replacing the entire structure with a screened in porch and shingled roof (using the base of the solarium) and I am not planning on having it heated or cooled. Why? Too much expansion and contraction played havoc with the windows and their seals that led to leaks primarily in the winter time. I live in Michigan so it should be fine for 3 seasons. Maybe a space heater at times will be handy. My take away from it was: if you want a room that you can heat and cool you're better off building an additional room for the house. Hope this doesn't sound too negative.
@@stickyicky687 how many years are you talking? I have had mine since 2003 and the vinyl is still clear! some are stained due to a person power washing my house and using bleach.
@@monetteharms4811 you can still maintain a clear window for years! I use mild soap and water I drop a few drops of dawn in a bucket of water just a little sudsy but mostly water a wash and dry with a soft rag or soft paper towel like viva.
I don't want to fill out a form and then be on a call list that salesman for the company will use to phone me constantly. I just would like to know approximately what the job they show in the video would cost? Simple question. Doesn't have to be exact. A ballpark.
How does this product stand up to weather heavy winds, hail, or heavy rains?

Does it maintain proper temperature as house is heated or cooled?

We put foam underneath the deck to keep it insulated during the winter as well as put a heater inside of it and it keeps it nice and toasty. 👍
I don't think these window systems offer any insulation value.
Does "elasto vinyl" yellow or discolor over time?
Yes, you have to clean them yearly with a vinyl cleaner, after a few years, the elements (rain) can't be removed and you just can't see through them.
Dolphin Erotica3D even with regular cleaning?
How long have you had them ?
