Man... So many of the decisions you made as an Inquisitor, were just kicked down the swears dont they... (To be fair I dont know if this were the decsions of the owner of this gameplay) - So you still at the service of the Chantry and you never disbanded - Cole stayed as a spirit and never make peace with his human past. - You never help to treat Cullen's addiction and withdrawls from Lyrium - All of your accomplishments as Inquisitor and specially all your sacrifices, and loses and you just get an honorable mention... Not even a chance to team up with a character most essentially to the story of the Dreadwolf. Honestly this doesnt say much, it really feels like Veilguard tries to distant itself extremely as possible from Inquisition events and characterssl.
and it looks like Leliana is still around, so people who "turned" her into lyrium ghost must by angry XD it's sad that Bioware made some choices a cannon and disregarded everything else :/
This dialogue only happens if the inquisition isn't disbanded. If it isn't, it seems they just made a few hard canon choices rather than import them like in old games. Nothing too major, but still awkward for role playing. -Sera, Blackwall, and Cole were all recruited instead of either rejected or kicked out -The dialogue seems to cater more towards Spirit Cole, but doesn't say for sure. -Cullen always had a lyrium addiction. Whether he was helped with it or not is left out of the conversation. -Leliana's dialogue cleverly plays vague on whether she is Divine or not. You could headcanon it that Cassandra or Vivienne are divine but nothing says otherwise.
If Veilguard connects and checks for data from EA's Dragon Age Keep, there's potential to investigate these choices and their outcomes. I, for one, let Iron Bull turn traitor at the DLC expansion's end. And killed him.
A Warden lives about 20 years after the Joining on average, so if he or she survived the fight with the Archdemon and didn't find a cure for the Calling...yea.
Doesn't matter because origins and DA2 lore is almost non-existent, even though Ferelden, Orlais, and the Free Marches are getting obliterated by the blight, no mention of king/warden Alistair doing anything, and our HoF isn't dead or alive because they are never mentioned, a tough pill to swallow but don't get your hopes up if you wanted any continuation of your past choices, even most of Inquisition choices are not mentioned lol
I appreciate the mention but I miss my DA:Origins character. I always hopes they would have found a way to bring our characters back from that king forgotten past.
It is a shame we don't get an update of this when we find out what really happened to Southern Thedas, it would have made a stronger development for her character. And it doesn't seem like she found out, doesn't seem like the Inquisitor had sent her missive on the state of Southern Thedas.
This tells what happened during Inquisition, not what happened to the Inquisition. And it busts the worldstate of those who didn't recruit the characters Harding talks about.
honestly as the prequels fan, trowback scenes like this gave me a bliss altho the game as a whole is clusterduck, unlike dragon age 1 to 2 or 2 to inquisition, the main plot of the veilguard was based on the inquisition end story, and whole story build up from the iquisition felt dumped on the trash bin, elgarnan felt like a Corypheus copy paste, solas was just an npc instead of supposedly grand villain with op powers and an army of spies and how he behave in the ending does not reflect solas i knew from inquisition,if solas were that arrogant the inquisitor wont survive when they met in the crossroads
Not sure what you’re talking about. She looks more or less the same as in inquisition. 10 years is a long time and we’re just seeing the results of advancing technology. The only thing new are the freckles.
@@mattphoenix4702 She had the freckles before, they werent that marked due the skin texture and art style in dai. The lack of animation for model kill this Harding model tho

@@dixienormus2802its weird since leliana ever since origins seems like the perfect one to be divine. She was really into it.

Yeah my Inq turned down all other romance to simp for Harding's Dwarven booty (*man of focus here*), doesn't even get a passing mention.
Interesting considering I never recruited Sera or Iron Bull and Leliana was a lyrium ghost who disappeared at the end of the game.
I’m glad they explained this

yeah i wish the flirting with Inquisitor and Harding was canon even if they did not end up together.
Are you telling me the trespasser dlc that hinted at you and harding files out.
What in the fudge did they do to Harding?! She looks as someone hit her with a frying pan for days, and the swelling never disappeared!
Did you even see her in inquisition. She was terrible looking even worse than this
yeah... she looks more feminime in the inquisition, but now she's like dragon age 2 varric cosplaying a girl 😅
Wathe hapend to Hero of Ferelden?
Either died because of the calling, or found a cure and just chilling. I doubt they'd bring em up again
@revenantkombant At least they won't touch my old hero.
Morrigan may have cured him with thier son and just keeping them away

my favorite in veilguard is that they finally add a long hair for mc customization😅
This conversation s@@@ on so many choices its almost imperssive.

During an interview they were confused as to who Zevran is, don't hope for anything.
