      You’re definitely in the right corner of internet health content. There’s some dark dark places out there

    I think an interesting topic you could cover is life stressors and how greatly they can cause symptoms. Something I’ve learned since becoming very interested in health/bioenergetics is how much my life stressors affect me more than anything. My diet and lifestyle can be so perfect, but if I have work or relationship issues - it will just wreck me. Meanwhile if I’m generally very content and stress free, I can eat out with friends and have no issues. It’s been super eye opening when realizing this!

    What Morley is saying is akin to saying that an army battalion is the only thing that counts in a battle. Without a General leading the charge and directing the battle strategy the battalion is practically useless. It's all about team work but the team needs to be told what to do.

    Ive had more luck treating my adrenals via magnesium+ vit c, than i ever did taking t3 + eating large amounts of carbs/calories 🤷‍♂️
    Maybe different bodies need different things, at different times, not one size fits all

    I was also put on hydrocortisone (artificial cortisol) by a naturopath to give my adrenals a break. It would definitely warm up my extremities, but it did not help and likely made my issues worse.

    When my car breaks down, it's the alternator. The alternator is the most important. Everything else is of less importance. Understand the alternator and all your problems will be solved.... Nope... alternator.

    😂 yes!! So odd that people seem to be searching for some magical mineral or single solution for all ailments. I’ve listened to several podcasts with Morley where he’s talking about copper like it’s the only solution for everything. What about people who are zinc deficient?

    • @Flippinger
      @Flippinger Місяць тому +2

      Exactly! have to take zinc everyday due to KPU/HPU. I'm getting zinc deficiency symptoms immediately when I add copper.

    Have you done a show that addresses HPA/cortisol/ mitochondria hacks? My thyroid is finally regulated, but adrenal fatigue is still primary, and taking Progesterone makes my hair fall out. How do we heal our Mitochondria? Vit D, thyroid, parasite removal, grounding, EMF/blue light reduction, all those stress reductions tips don’t move the bar either. My sleep still sucks and I can only function for 6 hrs. before needing to lay down.

    So the root cause is mitochondrial disfunction and not the adrenals or the thyroid

    • @JFwellness
      @JFwellness  Місяць тому +3

      I'd say the root cause is chronic energy deficits and mitochondrial dysfunction is typically the primary driver of that
