По вкусу , думаю, он подходит к чаю или к кофе. Нужно попробовать без сахара взбить, добавить только соль. Готовится легко. 👋😄

Parece que ficou algo entre um Pão e um Omelete, no lugar de cortar como cortou, eu cortaria na extensão da emenda e rechearia com carne moida ou carne de panela desfiada com batata(podendo ser cozida em pedaços ou purê)... Sou do Brasil🇧🇷
@77 Goldblack 설탕을 안넣어도 부풀기는 합니다. 그러나 흰자를 머랭칠때 설탕을 적절히 넣아주면서 작업해야 머랭을 구성하는 거품들이 단단해져서 크기를 유지하는 유지력이 강해지게 됩니다. 따라서 조리시에 유지력이 강하면 커진상태 그대로 유지되면서 조리되어 최종적으로 커다란 수플레가 완성됩니다. 결국 설탕을 넣어주는게 좋겠지요 ^^
It's amazing how simple the dish looks. But the difficulty in my cooking experience begins at the level of breaking an egg.) You can't fry it perfectly like that. I'm always impressed by how Japanese cooks handle fluffy egg dishes like this.

Кстати, если жарить (масла совсем немного) отдельно желток, а вокруг (когда желток немного схватится) залить взбитые белки (взбивать не до "пиков", а до состояния чуть увеличившейся массы белого цвета; можно аккуратно добавить немного сыра на мелкой тёрке) не будет запаха, который обычно остаётся в воздухе при жарке яиц. Жарить под крышкой на маленьком огне
Я из России. У нас ещё с детства готовят яичную смесь с сосисками. Или с колбасой. Яйца взбить, добавить молока, чтобы жидко было, добавить сосиску (колбасу), перец и соль. Отправить выпекать в духовку. Можно пожарить в сковородке. Это очень вкусно!
Добавляю столько ложек сырой воды сколько яиц. Сильно взбиваю. Немного соли. Сахар никогда не добавляю. И готовлю как и Вы под крышкой. У Вас блюдо особенно красиво! Пышно и вкусно! Успехов Вам! Украина, Киев🇺🇦♥️🙂

Мне тоже показалось, что с сахаром перебор. Наверное стоит попробовать, как обычный омлет, только пышный😊

Яйца слегка взбить венчиком добавить немного соли и молока.Так же под крышкой жарить и получится пышный омлет.
Омлет Пуляр. Без сахара. Красив, но во вкусе перед простым омлетом проигрыва ет. Если хочется выпендриться то самое то!
А если добавить разрыхлитель…!😊

@77 Goldblack 설탕을 안넣어도 부풀기는 합니다. 그러나 흰자를 머랭칠때 설탕을 적절히 넣아주면서 작업해야 머랭을 구성하는 거품들이 단단해져서 크기를 유지하는 유지력이 강해지게 됩니다. 따라서 조리시에 유지력이 강하면 커진상태 그대로 유지되면서 조리되어 최종적으로 커다란 수플레가 완성됩니다. 결국 설탕을 넣어주는게 좋겠지요 ^^

@@ЛенокЛенок-и4ю за счёт взбитых белков омлет получается объёмный; сковорода среднего диаметра будет в самый раз. Кстати, если жарить (масла совсем немного) отдельно желток, а вокруг (когда желток немного схватится) залить взбитые белки (взбивать не до "пиков", а до состояния чуть увеличившейся массы белого цвета; можно аккуратно добавить немного сыра на мелкой тёрке) не будет запаха, который обычно остаётся в воздухе при жарке яиц. Жарить под крышкой на маленьком огне

네, 머랭칠때 유의해야할 것들은 몇개있는데, 신경써서 머랭을 잘 쳐야 부피가 커지고, 구울때왜 구운 뒤, 부피가 빨리 꺼지기 때문에 완성 후 얼른 드셔야해요!
