a lot of these players don't understand the difference between bodybuilding and increasing their functional strength. i have seen pakistan players do bodybuilding workouts which makes you stiff in the long run.what modern day players are doing in other sports like rugby football , golf etc is increase their functional strength and not just put on muscle for the sake of it. compound exercises and olympic lifts are the way to go. cross fit is another thing that we lack knowledge about in pakistan and other countries are doing.
Rehman Jafar agree except for that bit about crossfit. Among strength training regimens, CrossFit is a phenomenon with the highest possibility of injury and a professional athlete should stay away from it.
@@kaatukutty9484 i knew someone will come up with this. people get injurd while playing cricket even. what i mean is they dont have to do heavy weights and if it was so bad professional athletes wont be doing it keeping in mind that they are on high pays than our cricket players and are a bigger assets to the club and countries

This is the same ideology of Pak army where invaded first into Kashmir to occupy it. And whoever thinks that India invaded kashmir first,, needs to read history . And if you dont believe it, then read it from neutral sources as to see which country invaded first.
Pak invaded kashmir and then the King of Kashmir asked help from the Indian Government. The Indian army not only came to help, but they aso pushed back the pakis , thus allowing them to keep only what is called now the Pak Occupied Kashmir... Please read history from neutral sources before you start to believe that Kashmir belongs to Pakistan....It doesnt... it belongs to India because the king agreed to give to India and it was the Indian army that came to help when the Pak invaders tried to occupy Kashmir...

Fastest BOWLER I’VE EVER SEEN IN AUSTRALIA and since 1983 !!! Freakishly flexible but strong as well. Dangerously fast as they come , made batsman fear him . looks like he still on steroids though 😂
it does look like his physique is unnatural...He looks bloated and is aging terribly..Just check his eye bags, dark circles...Even my grand father in his 80s looks more handsome than him with tight skin, no eye bags, no dark circles...Just simple exercises, bit muscle training and Yoga..
