    I think this trains more the slow twitch fibres. I’ve seen successful fast bowlers advocate for more explosive exercises like box jumps etc

      @@coachwkd sure! I think it would be useful to then include sets/reps that define using a specific weight (light/heavy enough to reach that number) which can dictate how slow or fast you do the motion. Thanks for the cool videos!
