Hi, i was campus placed in Accenture as a Talent Acquisition Analyst & we were told our Fixed Salary 5,00,000 + variable pay 0% to 22% + medical insurance+ gratuity
So what can i do to check out the monthly inhand salary?
Hi it depends on tax cutting, so from second month payslip whatever amount you get that would be constant but if you haven't declared tax then from next year March the tax amount also it get deducted. Please watch the video

Sure. You can declare it every month from 1 to 17th. Once you declare that will enough for an financial year. You can edit if you need.

Until you declare till that time it will be deducted no option to get them back as far as I know

Once check it might be editable. If not, You need to contact HR only

If we apply for meal allowance card and we got meal allowance money to our card , that amount will debited from salary

It will be based on our cuttings, for me it's around 5k deducted but after declaring it's round 1200 is deducting currently so I could save 3800 per month.
