Hi I joined Accenture recently my fixed pay is 8Lpa and variable pay is 1.68Lp.a as per old regime 20% tax deduction will be yearly how much income tax will come and monthly how much it will deduct
As far as I know till this April you will get full salary without tax deduction from this April if you do tax declaration then approximately 61 to 64k in hand I hope based on your tax declarations

Previously based on guidelines the dates are from 1st to 17th, after 17th the window would be closed for declarations. Now for next year again in April month you can declare. For this year I think it's closed

Fixed salary is without adding benefits where as gross salary is overall complete salary with all allowances and benefits
My work location is different from my Rent location. Which one should I fill?
If you fill work location then only they will consider, other wise its of no use
I invested in NSC last year can i show it in 80C this year also.. If so it is telling that date of payment and certificate date should be in this FY.
I guess previous year's payment you can't add this year.
So the period for HRA proof submission will be from April to March. Since this is December, The rent would be paid only till December. So should we fill and provide auto populated receipts only till December or till March? Please respond.

Hi prasanna, please raise a ticket to payroll team, convey them that 12bb is still showing old address, they could edit that or help you
Hi Savipa, i am not able to complete step 1 of the tax proof submission. I have updated the details for September and October months but for November there is a popup saying "if you are going to pay the rent for future month, please declare the rent value to avail the exemption for the same" even after providing the rent. Can you please let me know what can i do?
For future months you cant provide receipts, there will be one future declaration form in the portal you should download that and fill it and then upload

LIC is provided by company and i am not paying any money right now for LIC because company is paying and i got 5 lakh premium for me then i can declare it ?
If company is providing I think it will autopopulate in form 12 bb, but for confirmation you can check with HR

Future declaration form is there along with your form 12bb
You need to do esign or manual sign and submit
You have last date 17th of this month, today will be the last day to submit
putting revenue stamp is compulsory, if rent is more than 8,333 ?

I have submitted the tax declaration (rent receipts) yesterday, but when I check uploaded documents I see only signed 12bb form. Individual rent receipts are not visible and also owner pan card not visible. How do I upload these documents again,as I have clicked the submit button so am not able to edit any.
Now you will not have any option to edit.
After auditing is done they will send a mail if anything goes wrong
Then you can re-upload

As far as I know now a days for variable pay they are deducting tax, if possible put some rental or any policy under tax declaration on safe side if exists

Actually you need to submit proof till December month end

Hi Raksha, tax declaration tab will be opened from 1st to 17th of every month, we cannot submit proofs without declaration, my suggestion is if you wait for today and tomorrow
On dec1st you can declare tax and you can submit proofs.

Is the PAN Card of the owner verified by Accenture?
Accurate info not there that they will verify

I guess you can claim it for our family, but not sure on exact 60😟,
Can you fo one thing, we can ask this doubt to our HR or there will be payrollsupport mail, they will definitely clarify this doubt.

You can edit it mostly, it will be available from 1st to 17th, you can do one thing select rent tab again edit the rent amount to zero (rs) you cant delete the existing one but can make amount ot zero

Do we also need to upload Rent Agreement & Bank statement to claim
If it's less than 8300 (approx) you can upload only rent receipts but if greater than 8300 then you need to have rental agreement, bank statement optional if you choose rent paid through hand cash
If it is less than 8300 then should the standard receipts available in the allsec portal should be added as proof?
Yes you can download that receipt but pancard not needed and also no need of rental agreement ( if have you can upload)

I guess you need to declare, once call to the HR and convey this, id they accept only tax proofs then it would be better, but on safe side pls inform to HR and confirm

If you are having less than 6 LPA, then its fine without submitting. But if you have rent receipts or you are holding LIC policy like that you can declare and submit proofs

1) For Rent receipt landlord address - full address is required for just city name is enuf?
2) The receipts have to be signed and scanned or e-sign is accepted? Also is the stamp mandatory?
3) Will the landlord receive tax for this even if the PAN number is not mentioned?

1)Actually if you and house owner stays in same residence but different floors you can mention full address otherwise, you can mention city (if possible colony) and full name
2) I guess e-sign is also enough, if he is not reachable to you.
3)If rent is greater than 8300, he might receive it, but inorder to receive tax your owner should be a Tax paying citizen.

@@shruthipatel7325 no issues you can declare in next financial year. Tax wont be deducted as far as I know. If its near to 7LPA Or greater than 6.5 then only tax will be deducted
Each and every candidate receive tax declaration mails even for 3 LPA.
So no issues.

Yes. Remaining months you need to provide in future declaration form no need to submit proof. You can submit future declaration form itself with in the portal
