Adding to the Besan flour add one cup of all purpose flour and half a tsp of baking soda...one half cup of toasted crushed peanuts.. let the mixture rest for fifteen minutes...all the spices blend it onions will ooze moisture..stir again. While your shallow fry is recommended...for health reasons. Use coconut oil which we use in the south of India...for the fragrance and burning point is much higher. Deep frying is injurious to your heart and cholesterol. To re serve left overs...microwave for one minute or stove top oven for four minutes at 375.
