1) What we read , watch , listen, what content we are consuming:- should be positive should uplift us, make us better
2) What we eat drink should be healthy, satvic because we become what we eat
3) Never talk ill about anybody and never listen ill about anybody, withraw yourself from that conversation where people talking bad, negative or making fun / gossiping about anybody
4) First hour after waking up in morning and last 1 hour before Sleeping at night should be peaceful and positive ✨🤍
