Seamus was awesome on this video, he tore through every single disgusting and vile shot. Clare and Dermot had me laughing, I loved when Clair pulled up her hood and called Colin an asshole.
I'm not sure I've EVER seen someone look as DEFEATED as Claire picking up the "Bugs Life (Ending)" shot... She's a winner just for showing up, IMHO.

I like to hope that they are like a loving if amusingly dysfunctional family, for real. There seems to be genuine affection among certain cast members and as someone who struggles with trust and bonding, it warms my little black heart to see it. Super fun video :)

I was hoping it was going to be the episode where they make each other shots and I would have like to have thought Claire and Dermot would make the best drink they could with what they were given, but then I remembered how competitive Claire was and quickly withdrew the thought.
Her smile and calling them as asshole was great.

Dermot, I had that conversation with myself and I discovered that you being I nthe video was actually a major part of why I was excited, precisely for these kinds of reactions.
God, around the 7:50 mark, when he says "now that we are through" woke up a lost memory of listening to Röyksopp - so easy. I know he was doing a different song but wow the brain works in mysterious ways.
Since these are so horrifying I'll give you a good one; Indigo Beer.
1 tall glass filled with ice
2 parts Empress Indigo Gin
1 part Luxardo Maraschino liquer
2 dashes of Frangelico liquer
Add ingredients then fill the rest of the glass with your favorite root beer.

The next logical step, if the group decides to do any kind of tour of sorts, is to have the TRYERS host the event & get viewers into the chairs to try the disgusting shots, the durian stuff, the peanut butter (for those who hate peanut butter) etc. Turnabout is fair play. I suspect there is enough of a following that people will attend & willingly participate. Come to BC, Canada & I'll be among the first.
Well, I'll state that there hasn't been a bloody thing they've tried on this channel that I couldn't put down without a qualm.

"Troll Snot"
- 1 part Linnit (Norwegian Fennel Liqueur) or Aquavit (has to be a Licorice or Fennel type alcohol regardless)
- 1 part Svedka Vodka
- 1 part heavy Cream or Creme Liqueur like Bailey's
- 1 drop of Green Food Dye

How about some bottom of the barrel whiskey, Ketchup, hamburger grease and pickles. You could call it a Big Mac or a Whopper.
I love both fennel and black licorice, but the texture might throw me off.

The second one reminds me of something that happened when I was taking a Thai cooking class. We were making a dish with squid, and as the teacher cleaned the squid she saved the eggs, which she then stir-fried. One of the students was a young woman who was completely appalled at what she was seeing. As the squid eggs went into the wok I heard her mutter under her breath, "Looks like semen." I turned and looked at her, and she said, "You weren't supposed to hear that."

Squid's egg is the best part of the squid imo, which is very tasty.
