I can attest to the great affect of this butter bath, been using it for 8 months now and I will not go back, it help lift my ribs to the next level. Greetings from Canada
@@HeathRilesBBQ you said "shut the front door" 😂😂 your truly a legend heith, love all your products especially the sweet bbq rub with the honey rub...still gotta get the new competition rub you just came out with that'll be soon
first time I saw you cookin Heath was on Malcom's channel, so i found yours now and I ordered some of your Cherry Apple Habanero sauce and some Garlic Jalapeño rub...MAN THOSE ARE GOOD!!!!!! nothing else out there like it, great job on the vid and now I'm gonna smoke some ribs just like this, Great job Heath thanks for sharing your BBQ knowledge with us!!
I found this channel because Jake Fullerton always gives his bbq a good ole dose of that heath ryaaals before he smokes that meat…… and that’s where it’s at
Those were some meaty baby back ribs... I gotta give your products a try... I would like to see your backyard grill arsenal setup from your grills & tables setup... I wanna get some ideas to set my arsenal up
Thanks! Glad you like our rubs. This is just a different, unique flavor combo. If you want to go more traditional with your ribs, you certainly can. This was a really good flavor profile.
Not strong at all. I give it maybe a 3-4 and my wife says more like a 2. It's suppose to be a subtle backend heat that will cook down a lot. It's not going to light you up.
What is advantage of heating the sauce up instead of it being cold? If st Louis style ribs were done, would you still use the same temp? I know they wouldn't take as long
Heath I had a question and a suggestion. 1st Have you ever thought about making a maple syrup for pancakes? 2nd would you make a combo kit of all your rubs/glaze but in half the size? I’d like to sample everything but not sure if I’d use or enjoy the entire 10oz.
I had not thought about a maple syrup for pancakes. As far as sample bottles, we do not currently offer them. We just have the full size bottles on the website. We do have combo packs for the full size glazes. www.heathrilesbbq.com/collections/bbq-glazes
Prairie Fresh! They have some fantastic ribs. Awesome! Our sauces are available in retailers all over the country and on our website. www.heathrilesbbq.com/
I try to explain that, but everyone has their way. People tend to think it's a lot of rub, but you're dealing with a 3lb+ piece of meat. It can take the seasoning.
@@HeathRilesBBQ You're missing my point. I can't have ANY spice at all in my food. ALL of it has to be mild or it triggers my IBS. This is true for many IBS sufferers. I'd buy more of your products but I don't want to literally spend 3 days in the bathroom exhausted for one meal. If not for the IBS I'd like some heat. But now that it's started.. And maybe I'm not only one who'd buy. Just a thought.
It’s amazing how you can never get tired of good ribs
Definitely hard to beat!
I can't wait until my local shop carries this. I love supporting local business so I'm gonna wait it out!
Right on!
The garlic jalapeno rub is fantastic. Sprinkled some over some avocado slices and it was a game changer.
Awesome! Glad you enjoyed.
Another winner!!
The Jalapeño rub is a must in homemade ranch dressing.
I believe it!
The garlic jalapeño is awesome! It's also great on pizza and spaghetti.
Thanks, Justin!
Can’t wait to try that glaze in comp! All your products are awesome
Thank you! Appreciate all your support.

My Cherry Habanero glaze arrived this week and I will be making this exact recipe this weekend! Can't wait! Thanks Heath!

I stand by my previous statement… That Garlic Jalapeno rub is the best one on the market in my opinion!
Yes it IS!

That's look delicious heatriles 😋😋😋👌
Thanks!
Those look excellent! I recently tried Praire Fresh for the first time here in SoCal, really good baby backs!
Prairie Fresh is the best!
Those look so amazing! Question. Is there a reason you poured the butter bath on the backside vs the meat side face down?
That's just how I wrap mine and pour

I leave the membrane, I like the texture lol. I don't do competitions or anything
Leave it on if that's what you prefer! Please make it your own.
Really like your seasonings. Use them almost every time I BBQ but, whatever happened to a BBQ’d pork rib tasting like a BBQ’d pork rib?
Thanks! Glad you like our rubs. This is just a different, unique flavor combo. If you want to go more traditional with your ribs, you certainly can. This was a really good flavor profile.
I'm going to try this in the spring since my trigger is in front of my gt500 in the garage and the battery is out o well that's living in mn
Hope you enjoy, Mark!
Is the cherry glaze for just pork?
I would say it's best for pork, but I've seen people use it in desserts and cocktails, as well.
How strong is the Habanero heat in the glaze
Not strong at all. I give it maybe a 3-4 and my wife says more like a 2. It's suppose to be a subtle backend heat that will cook down a lot. It's not going to light you up.

I personally like to heat up my glaze, even at competitions. Way easier to brush on. Yes, you'd want to cook to the same internal temps.
@@HeathRilesBBQ thank you very much
Any time! @@richarddaley6403
We'll it's time to do this recipe to day it's going be in the upper seventy and i moved the gt500 out and iam ready.
Sounds great!

Does the middle grab for the membrane work on spares too? I'd much rather do it your way! Looks so much easier. Beautiful ribs man... damn.
Yes it will
Yep. Just work your finger or a spoon in the middle, get a grip, and pull.
I’ve yet to find any food that isn’t made better by adding a little garlic jalepeno
Thank you, Jennifer! Very glad you're enjoying the Garlic Jalapeño Rub.
The only thing better than a rack of baby backs ….is a rack of spare ribs
Can definitely replicate the recipe with some spare ribs!
Where in the world did you find those fat ribs?😀 I’m coming after your sauce real quick….
Prairie Fresh! They have some fantastic ribs. Awesome! Our sauces are available in retailers all over the country and on our website. www.heathrilesbbq.com/
Rub heaviness is extremely vital for bark formation. Your negative commenters probably cook mediocre bbq.
I try to explain that, but everyone has their way. People tend to think it's a lot of rub, but you're dealing with a 3lb+ piece of meat. It can take the seasoning.
I like a lot of your products but a lot of them are WAY too spicy for anyone like me who suffers from IBS. I need a mild version.
It can be spicy if you layer on heavy. I'd suggest a light-medium coat so you're not getting a heavy pepper taste on your food.
