Wow those ribs look amazing. I can imagine how delicious that they are. What’s the difference between single wrapped and double wrapped ? I am making your ham recipe with your products and l can’t wait for Thanksgiving. Those glazes smell and taste so delicious and also the pecan rub. Have a wonderful day tomorrow and weekend.
Double wrap is just double layering the foil to avoid it tearing and losing the liquid. Just something I do. Hope you enjoy that ham! Appreciate all the support.
@@patrickdemars852 Yeah, I never make anything overly spicy. It's more of a backend heat for a good flavor pop. I haven't tried a cranberry brisket, but it could be good. I assume mixing it with a BBQ sauce and glazing it?
@HeathRilesBBQ i agree, i like to taste my food..lol.. yeah, that's the plan. Dont think I'll inject it.. but 1st time for me as well. I'll use my honey smoked BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, couple drips of hot sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, worchestire, ketchup and other ingredients as the glaze. Should be good. Luv your vids.
@@troybowen3024 That's awesome! Glad you found our channel, as well. I hear that from a lot of people. Really cool to see people are watching that video years later.
Mr Riles, love all your rib recipes and creativity. What can you say about the Camp Chef with wood chunk feature? Any difference in smoke flavor compared to other pellet smokers? Need to up grade my current Camp Chef.
Anyone trying this recipe out for the holidays?

I can’t speak for Heath, but double wrap helps to protect against perforations and losing the liquid.
Double wrap is just double layering the foil to avoid it tearing and losing the liquid. Just something I do. Hope you enjoy that ham! Appreciate all the support.
@ Thank you for the info 👍🏽
@@robertbernal3180 Any time!
I like that your honest about keeping your taste buds by not being spicy...lol..
So i wrapped my ribs like that. I have a Grape Jelly sauce like that. I was thinking Cranberry Brisket. Any thoughts?

Thank you! Appreciate all the support. I like the new Camp Chef. Being able to add the wood chunk is a really cool feature and puts off a good smoke.
Maybe for new years
