I enjoy watching this man work his competition expertise always shines through when he trims and preps, and the products are pretty darn good too 👍thinking on trying this on my PK original
Thanks for doing a video with a Weber. I have a RecTec pellet smoker that I love and use a lot. But sometimes hot and fast is the way to go and I love my 14 year old Weber.
My sister and I came across your channel, and instantly subscribed. You make it look easy and are clearly a professional! You’ve really inspired us, so we are going to try this recipe this weekend. We’ve never fired up a grill on our own but let’s see how it turns out. We are using all your products - Can’t wait!
Love how you do a lot of cooks on the Webber kettle. It's what I have and probably a majority of people. It also produces great BBQ. It sets you apart from every other channel that only does stick burners, pellet grills, and drums which may be out of people's price range.
I've been going through some stuff lately. I've had the pleasure of talking to you guga and many other amazing influencer types. Been out the game it happens. I'll tell you this though. I made a pot of slow cooked grits this week. Anyone raised in the south knows kill em with butter and salt. I got to thinking well I've never had spicy grits. So out of all my seasonings and I'm a UA-cam nerd so I have every person's stuff. I looked and said hum that garlic jalapeno might he decent. Zero butter nothing added and you know it came out the shaker perfect. I've had this stuff awhile now mind you. All my other stuff is locked up. It's fine anything with sugar especially brown sugar gets stiff. The flavor though was still on point! If I can recommend a video try that with grits. Lord I fell in love. No butter no salt nothing. Just a good sense of taste.
Really glad you enjoyed the Garlic Jalapeño Rub in some grits! I bet it was mighty tasty. I haven't done any grits, but that gives me a good idea for a future video!
Mr Heath you have some killer videos & products. The sweet rub how high heat and about how long you think it can take before it starts to burn on the Weber kettle?
@@HeathRilesBBQ The sweet rub will hold up to 350 - 375 indirect without turning dark or bitter? Maybe you can give good upper temps indirect of course?
Easy Party ribs start wrapped in your kitchen oven for 3 hours at 250 degrees. Plus you can finish them at your friends grill 3 miles away or your own grill.
Hey Heath, I have an electric smoker and I’m trying to do some ribs the way you do them but I’m having trouble getting the heat right and this is what I mean…. I did one rack of baby back ribs at the highest temp which is 275 and they were really tough and dry and then I did some at 225 and they were ok but not fall off the bone for some reason so I don’t think I have ever seen you use an electric smoker but can you help me and maybe others with a good way to cook ribs on an electric smoker???!!!! Please and thank you sir!! 😊😊😊
To a party rib question…. Instead of using your butter bath( which I highly recommend to everyone) , could I use Japanese bbq sauce when I wrap my baby back ribs to get an Asian style rib ?
Yeah, you can. You can wrap with whatever you like. I've done just my sauce or glaze before. If you want to change up the flavor profile, try an Asian sauce.
It's worth it man. Mixting thr cherry apple habinaro glaze with your favorite bbq sauce kicks your ribs and pork butt up 10 notches. You won't be disappointed. Just ordered another 10 bottles.
I say in most of my videos to use what seasonings and sauces you like. If it's mine, that's awesome. I personally developed my products, so I like to showcase them. More than one way to make great BBQ.
@Smile4MyAC130 Heath, Matt, and Malcom are great cooks. Three put masters will give you different results. Heath cooked on charcoal kettle, and Matt cooked on pellet grill. That's not copying. That's using two methods to achieve the same result party rib result.
@@johnwalker938 Definitely wasn't my intention to release a similar recipe haha. Like I said, I guess great minds think alike! Appreciate all the support, John!

One of my favorites!
I wonder how they would turn out using just one Weber basket or the vortex. Looks good 👍🏻
I'm sure they'd turn out great. Multiple ways to do it.

Is it possible to smoke some turkey wing flats using some of your butter bath as a liquid to make them tender & moist.

Mr Heath you have some killer videos & products. The sweet rub how high heat and about how long you think it can take before it starts to burn on the Weber kettle?
I'd cook it indirect like we did here and then maybe toss them over to the hot side to char a but. I wouldn't just leave them over the direct heat.
@@HeathRilesBBQ The sweet rub will hold up to 350 - 375 indirect without turning dark or bitter? Maybe you can give good upper temps indirect of course?
@@danielploy9143 We cooked at 400º here and didn't have an issue.
I'm wondering if this would work for some large pieces of country style ribs (pork butt slices).
It'd take a little longer for the fat to render but you could do it this way
For sure.
Do you ever cut off the cartilage when prepping ribs?
Yes. I cut off the end bones and any excess fat
