On that very gig, when Irene Jansen introduces all the musicians during The Two Gates, she says: "Where would we be without him? He plays without error, incredibly loud, super tight, and Arjen once described him as a computer with a human feel."
@@RudyBleeker Probably talking about this moment at 00:01:16 but I think 'ran into each other' is a bit of a big description of what happened there, if I have the timestamp correct.
great comment! this is how pro's deal with things: the show must go on. and this happens to be a huge stage. as an amateur musician who has had the joy of being invited on stage out of the blue by career musicians, i have unwillingly kicked patrons, bumped a bass guitar headstock into a lead guitarist's neck from the side, and played a crash cymbal with an electric guitar headstock. i can't say I'm clumsy, it's just that the stages of regular local pubs are small.
Only one complaint about this song, it’s not long enough. Can’t help but wonder what a collaboration between Arjen and Tuomas Holopainen would be like. One word springs to mind beyond Awesome ok so 2 Words
I suspect it would be extraordinary. I also suspect people as creative as Arjen and Toumas might have to specific vision to make room for another of their creative size. Thats just a guess though, I might be completely wrong.
I am FLOORED, ..but Marcella is amazing..what do the Netherland water, to this amazing female Singer. FLOOR (my Queen),Sharon, Simone and Anekke..OMG i forget a Lady. ❤❤
The song is just as awesome as always but I must confess that I prefer the ‘party/club setting’ from “The Theater Equation”, I feel like it somehow matches the lyrics in a perfect way.
Marcela literally living this song, Lisette really got into this song and Ed stealing the spotlight.
When the music stops for the drummer to sing, he is on another level 😎
the more I watch this concert, the more insanely deeply in love with Marcela I become. goddamn..
Marcela and Edward are so perfect together, wow. And Ed slays Fear's part, too.
He's not only an awsome drummer, it sings as well:)! Ed Warby is the beginning of metal groove;)
I didn't know Ed could sing! But he has a very pleasant voice, nice to listen to.
@@RudyBleeker Check out his solo project The 11th Hour. Some high quality doom metal, he sings and plays all instruments from what I remember.
just check Gorefest they were always considered top musicians
@@MetalBackingTracks his drumming on "False" and the subsequent "Eindhoven Insanity" is legendary
I lost it when Ed sang. Damn.
Im amazed with Marcela´s voice
Marcela needs more of this, more scenario, more prime rolls, viva mexico!!
When I first got The Human Equation, I still wasn't quite sure what to think - until this song hit and made me a fan.
I have never wanted to dance in my life, and I want to dance with Marcela
What a glorious piece of music and man... those voices. Epic!!
Marcela's voice is amazing ^^
Saludos del Brazil
What a wonderful callout for the most wonderful thing in the world: love!
Damn! GSP is one hell on a drummer AND singer!! Seriously so many great musicians in one stage what a joy to watch!!!
What a wonderful song. And what a wonderful performance.
Damn fantastic concert. Applaus to all of them.
Boy that drummer is TIGHT. Excellent performance overall!

God, that waltz part gets me every time.
Looks like one person needs more LOVE.
never did understand the point of the thumbs down...there's enough negativity in the world without youtube having to have a thumbs down button!
maaan Marcela KILLED IT!!!!!!
props to the guitarists, they ran into each other and kept playing xD
At what moment? I've watched this video quite a few times now but I keep missing it, too focused on the singers and the music.

A collaboration such as that would light the world.

That's like Messi and Ronaldo playing together, not sure it would work but we would all love to see it.
It's Perfect in this way, Tuomas Is an arrogant
Adorable !
Marcela, shone above them all
HERMOSO
Awesome!
Please Arjen let Ed sing in one or more of your future songs.
This is so epic.

Well Marcella is Mexican
ED MY MAN

Wait.
Ed also sings?
This is so damn amazing live! Better than Pantom!
What can go wrong when you have Ned Stark on backing vocals?
ED!!!!
I want to marry Marcela Bovio.
Who doesnt. To be fair she would probably divorce me in a month because of my constant nagging of her to sing for me :|
This sounds so much better than the version with James LaBrie
I disagree; in fact, this should’ve been the last song and the rest of the vocalists should’ve come on stage over the course of the song.
I disagree
