I fish for striped/hybrid striped bass on the ohio river. Have for about 4 years now, hearing more about get them in so you can release them conversation. In your opinion at what water temp should one start considering the fatigue/recovery factor? The section I fish is around 85 degrees now so that is a no brainer, any suggestions is appreciated. Just subscribed too, I like the way you inform while fishing. Thanks
That's a tough question to answer given that our stripers are saltwater fish who prefer water temps between (roughly) 50-70 degrees. I guess the easy answer is the warmer the water, the more concerned I would be about fatigue.
Thank you, that is similar to what a fishing buddy says. He'll start making comments about it just before temps get to 80 degrees. Ok then, great stuff and I look forward to watching previous and the new videos you will be doing.
Great videos. Very helpful for someone trying to learn the patterns of the river and bay.
Good job man, I really enjoyed it congrats! ;)
What a great recommendation from UA-cam. Checked to see if your still uploading and there’s one from 3 days ago, even better
Thank you!
what baits do you recommend for up north stripers like rhode island and Massachusetts
