Im not even listening to what hes saying I just love his voice and face..
I am both listening and appreciating his hotness
BeatleManiac disrespectful af
don't blame her, Georgie was hot as hell
Holy mother of God, he was sooo juicy, hot and sexxxy like crazy. His mouth and teeth were so mesmerizing like a vampire.

I've never seen someone so gorgeous in my entire life
Timothee looks like a pretty girl, not a man like George...
i see frank in ur pfp
Just look at his son Dhani
@Valeria Melissa Garcia Alvarado nah, overrated
He should have been known as the hot one ❤
He's very well spoken, I've noticed. A very talkative lad he is too. I find that quite funny considering he had a reputation as the quiet one. He just spoke at the right moments, :D.
I love it. George was basically talking like a conservative Republican. Common sense, not pie in the sky liberal claptrap.
British people generally are better spoken than their American counterparts
@@moonbeamskies3346 but he did not non-stop LIE & CHEAT, like US president Trump. Nothing like a conservative claptrap fake. And please, thank liberals for putting laws into place that prevent people from being ground up and sold as sausages.
@@josephkalish3364 maybe shouldnt say it like he did maybe he couldve said george spoke basic common sense fiscal ideas which should be universal to all democrat or republican , thats what i got from mr harrison
@@moonbeamskies3346 lmfao. NONE of the Beatles were right wing. They loathed fascists, and in fact George and John were especially left wing. Your comment made me laugh though, because Republicans are typically the uneducated ones while a massive majority of college educated people are liberals. I'm not even political nor affiliated with either, but that is a fact that everyone knows.
George wasn't quiet, people just never really listened to him
I watched an interview where George explained he got sick and tired of all the stupid questions they were asked so he just decided not to answer anything that wasn’t an intelligent or interesting question. 🤷♀️ I don’t think it’s a matter of people not listening to him. Although, that said, he did have to navigate around the Lennon/McCartney dynamic which I’m sure was a tidal wave much of the time. But, you’re right, he definitely wasn’t quiet when he had something to say!
He's so handsome 😍
George was always the smartest and most reflective Beatle.
john was the smartest beatle. paul was the cutest one. ringo was the funniest member of the band. george was the spiritual and quiet beatle.
@@hakancevikel7368 not even that’s just what the media labeled them as
@@liv2071 john isn't smart anyways since he choose yoko ono
I think it was Ringo who said George wasn't quiet, he wouldn't shut up. George was very talkative and had a large social circle, you see it in the Scorcese documentary how many friends he had. I wouldn't say he was smarter than Paul and John, though. They were all smart. But John was not sensible. He had a warped mind, and the hard drugs didn't help.
@@hakancevikel7368 All who knew George, and everyone who's listened to his interviews after 1966 >

The Beatles/GeorgeHarrison and affairs 😍
+The Beatles/GeorgeHarrison : How bout how he says: "affairs" like "afaahrz" That's killer too.
+The Beatles/GeorgeHarrison I think his pronounciation differs very much from John and Paul. I can't put a finger on it but it sounds different (english is not my native language).
Sarah R. His accent is definitely more Liverpudlian
Whenever I read or say "record" I have to pronounce it like that
I could listen to his voice forever 😍😍😍😍😍
hes a beautiful man

George Harrison the Handsome and Smart Beatle ❤️
It's been said numerous times that George ( the baby Beatle), had the most common sense. And business smarts when it came to money and management. Even up till his death, he was going to court defending what was there's. I could listen to him talk for hours.
He had some common sense, and he actually bought his rights to his music in 1969 all the songs he wrote for the Beatles and it was very expensive but he owned them early. In terms of business sense decision to go along with John on Alken Klien was disastrous on many levels, finally his business partner, Obrien, I believe his name ripped him off terribly, so in business, he wasn’t as a smart and together as McCartney
Harrison makes perfect sense. Smart guy.
George is so handsome!
He’s so gorgeous and intelligent
George Harrison was always referred to as the "quiet Beatle." But really he was, in my humble opinion, the laconic Beatle. When Harrison spoke, people would listen because George wouldn't waste words! George was the coolest and the most insightful Beatle!
He only acquired that nomen bc he had strep throat when the band arrived in the U.S.
How adorable and smart can one guy get?
Damn!! What a beautiful man!! ❤❤❤
I love his voice geez he is so handsome and he has such beautiful eyes and that smile of his just melts my heart
He seemed to be the Beatle with the most common sense. He just needed to believe in him self and be more assertive when it came the John and Paul.
well he was a couple of years younger than both and when you start out as the little brother it takes time to get past that
nah Paul easily had the most common sense, only one who saw through Allan Klein
@@CG-or1re Paul was also 2 years older than George.
@@vambo13257 Paul was only a year older than George

He was too good looking.
@Seth Belfort so it's wrong to compliment him? It's already obvious that he's got a great personality, so why not.
@Daniel S if your not being sarcastic your really creepy
I told my friends that he is but they all disagree, so long story short I don’t have friends anymore...
He was indeed, my favorite Beatle ❤️
@@graceklein5886 That means their term of ‘good looking’ is exaggerated. What do they expect from a good looking man then, very good bone structure with hollow cheekbones like Timothee Salamander?
I love his accent

OMG! SEXY MY BOY KISS ME!😘
The most REAL and genuine Beatle. Not corrupted by politics and narcissism like John and Paul.
Tbh John was the most narcissistic member of the Beatles. Very talented musician but a horrible person.
He was the wisest of them all. George had a great business intellect. Even after they broke up, he was monitoring copywrites and was the guardian if their mucic per say. Very smart man.
Rewatch the video and concentrate on the right side nostril of his nose it’s moving all over the place and it disappears at times it’s very odd almost nonhuman?
Actually, because he (and Ringo) got single-digit slices of the Beatles cash pie, George selected out all of his tunes from the umbrella of Apple Co. and put them in Dark Horse.
Then, when Paul suggested to Michael Jackson that he start buying catalogue, and MJ promptly turned around and bought Apple (which infuriated Paul, & which took years & a lot of cash to unwind),* George's tunes were safe.
*o the irony...George originally pitched "Got My Mind Set On You" (a Rudy Clark song he had learned & loved as a teen) to the Beatles, but J&P wanted nothing to do with it. Dial ahead 18 years when the band is being inducted to the R&R Hall of Fame--George had, indeed, covered it, and he was the only Beatle with a #1 tune rockin' during the ceremony.

George Harrison was great
looks more like 1968, possibly during the same trip when he dropped in on the Smother's Brothers.
I’m really trying to listen to his speech thingy, but I get so distracted by his hotness and his beautiful voice omg, and when he does the lick lips thing yeye ooff 2:03
@David Harrow i guess this person called The Beatles is into george harrison never bothered understanding what he said
George harrison the cutest well spoken and best Beatle❤
Bellissimo George
It’s so weird seeing George without longhair and a beard in 1969
His success as a film producer speaks volumes of his astute business acumen.
Except Handmade Films went bankrupt.
I wanna hear him say brackets
Haha,this Beautiful Full hair ❤
And his Voice, cute!♡
The idea of the Beatles saying "please can we make a record?" after 1963 is just bizarre. Making a Beatles record was like printing money.
They were under contractual obligation to make records and films. Perhaps he was talking about the content of the records. Capitol hacked up the content of their UK albums to create extra LPS in America without any consideration to the original intent of the band.
If we run out of money, we wouldn't be able to help anybody. Gotta love that line!
Beautiful man
Wonderful artist
Even though this segment might have been run in 1969, it was definitely filmed in 1968.
Not 1969 folks. I would date this clip in the vicinity of September, 1968 give or take a month.
Not only the quiet Beatle but the Socialist Beatle.
The guy who wrote Taxman? Give me a break. Being compassionate doesn't make one a socialist.
Chris Harris I don't have time to give you a history lesson including a Beatle history lesson. Apparently you're not aware that Socialists love to give away everybody else's money? They can't bear to part with their own. Secondly England is a socialist country so why wouldn't he be??
He sounds as if he was in favour of spending the money on projects of merit (giving the money to people with talent ) and prudent control of their assets, rather than helping anyone with a claimed 'deserving' cap in their hand and, as he said, 'lest we lose all and can't help anybody'. That doesn't sound like Socialist (to each according to THEIR needs?) to me.
You are right. George had longer hair and a beard just like Lennon throughout most of 69'. They both started growing their hair out but did not have beards during 68'.
OK, that was the most concise foretelling of Apple I've ever heard. George was dead on. Wow.
he eas my idol& he was the most handsome beatle& the most intellectual one...love him & missed him too🙏🙏🙏
I love his hair in this video. So cute!
he was down to earth over bussiness
His hair is impeccable
Though it may have been broadcast in 1969, this interview was actually filmed in 1968- the sweater he's wearing looks like the one he wore in the then-recent 'Revolution' studio-performance that was shown on the David Frost Show. He mentions the May 1968 Lennon and McCartney trip to the States to promote Apple, so it's definitely the same year. In 1969, though at times clean-shaven, his hair was quite longer (not mop-like as it is here), starting from the Jan. 1969 'Get Back' filming through the spring of 1969 to the summer 1969 Abbey Road sessions where's sporting really long hair and a beard which would remain his standard look throughout 1970.
The interview likely took place in late October 1968 or early November of 1968, while he was in LA producing Jackie Lomax. It was aired in 1969. I haven't been able to track down the exact date and CBC doesn't seem to know either
there’s something so handsome about him
I thought had everything Beatles but must admit this is the first time Ive seen this clip
Great economics class George. If we help everybody then we run out of money and can't help anyone. That sounds about right.
His very last sentence in this clip is very wise.
He really wasn't the "quite" one, but he definitely was the one you probably should pay attention to when he did talk.
Smart man that George Harrison.
Han var en duktig gitarrist..... George Harrison r.i.p.....
Baby Beatle George was the smartest and most business savvy.
They needed to listen to him more.
There was a brief time in early '68 where all the Beatles were clean-shaven and John's hair was still swooped to one side (though he had pronounced edges). I used to think those photos were from '66, when he first got his speces - but later learned it to be from late Winter/Spring of '68, during time of the Lady Madonna/Hey Bulldog promotional film. As for George, his looks radically changed every few weeks or months until he died.
Common sense commentary! Very interesting perspective from my favorite Beatle. Thank you for posting this video.
I can't concentrate in the Interview because he Is so cute 🤭☝️
They way he described this business idea, Apple, it seems to me like the perfect, ideal, business: one that provides great service to the community, in this case: artistic projects and the like, without being self-seeking or miserly. A truly altruistic company. The reason it fell apart was probably because people were just abusing the generosity it gave. This business would work, I believe, only in an ideal world.
+Maren Denison There are many examples of artists forming companies to try & cut out "the suits" and also to try & give back (not just to make money). Most of them fail. About the only one I can think of that didn't is Paul Newman's company (Newman's Own).
Well, the Beatles weren't business men, and they didn't have that much formal education among them. They had great intentions but didn't have the background to do what they would like to do. Also, there were extreme tensions among the 4 of them and they couldn't agree on much. People asking for money isn't that much of problem: you just say no. The fact is that they were out of their depth; more capable hands could make it work. There are plenty of examples of ethical business models that succeeded, but the ideals were accompanied by knowledge and experience.
"This man has talent!"
- John & Paul
"Wait a second, hold on!!"
- George
What a doll !!!
I just love George, he talks pure logic
Wise words from George. Look at the world now with Idol, The X-factor and so on... spot on as most of the people on these shows have no talent at all and absolutely no self criticism but they get their minute in the limelight.
Thanks very much for posting this. Are you sure it's not 1968, rather than 1969? Looks like exactly the same period as when George appeared on the 'Smothers Brothers' show.
The interview likely took place in late October 1968 or early November of 1968. It was aired in 1969. I haven't been able to track down the exact date and CBC doesn't seem to know either.
George the GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you want to know what happened to Apple, you don't need more than this explanation. I love this clip.
A sensible guy
On this topic, George had also said in another interview, "We started Apple but later, we realized that the only thing we really knew how to do was be the Beatles."
May his memory be for a blessing.
This is definitly September-October, around the time they shoot the Revolution video clip
I'm glad George told it like it was. I've seen Paul & John's Apple press conference numerous times and I always want to tell them that 99% of the people "knocking at your door" will not have talent. I'm sure Apple received tons and tons of tapes full of garbage in the mail. There is a reason why it is so difficult to break into show business and why not everyone is allowed in.
GingerGilligan They are nowadays. If you're a good singer and got vocal training and are good looking as well as being young, which is extremely common, you can become famous. The managers and producers do all the rest. Hell in some cases you don't even have to be good at singing (Kanye West)
This has to be either in September of 1968 around the time of the "Hey Jude" promo film, or after that in November or December of '68 when he shaved off the "White Album" mustache. Maybe around the time he appeared on the "Smothers Brothers" show.
The interview likely took place in late October 1968 or early November of 1968 - while he was in LA producing Jackie Lomax. It was aired in 1969. I haven't been able to track down the exact date and CBC doesn't seem to know either

Ugh... please stop.
Buddy, Paul is absolutely not dead
It _was_ very naive of 'the boys' to do the Apple Corps thing when they had yet to clarify and consolidate where they were as a business. Their hearts were in the right place, sure. But George hit the nail on the head. Effectively they just threw money at beggars.
Je ne comprends pas l'anglais mais j'aime tellement sa voix
The situation he described for Apple dealing with people begging for a chance to succeed is EXACTLY the same situation that bigger record companies have to deal with.

You have Copy / Paste down to a fine art. You use it so well. I've never in fact seen someone use Copy / Paste to the degree that you do. You're starting to become my hero. It's almost Genius the way that you Copy this bit from there, and then Paste it over here. How do you do it??? Have you got a book out or anything or some kind of instruction manual that we can read? Do you think one day that I could maybe copy and paste like you do?
People say things like harrison and macca were better musicians than Lennon. That maybe true but who cares. Lennon couldn't care less about technical musicianship. He was mainly concerned with the concept of the song, the message or the idea and to remove the musical bullshit to expose the heart and soul of the song. He conveyed raw emotion in his songs in a way that the others couldn't come close to pulling off because they were too concerned with being good musicians. "Mother", "love", "god", "julia" so many to choose the list is endless.
+James Frostick Write the same descending chord song over and over telling the world how to live its life: The Lennon method of songwriting.
+steve conn That's a predictably glib statement coming from someone who hasn't got the first clue about the man. You really need to educate yourself. Listen to all of his work and actually listen to what he has to say in interviews before coming out with such drivel.
James Frostick I've read more books and seen more interviews from Lennon than you can count. A wife-beating, child-ignoring megalomaniac who acted as if he invented peace with his talentless wife, told us to imagine no possessions from his countryside mansion, then remained washed-up at the Dakota, bitching about Paul, Jagger, and Dylan still having careers before he was shot and turned into a saint. End of story.
+steve conn you clearly haven't read more books and seen more interviews than me. Most books about him have a far more balanced assessment of him than yours. If that is your honest appraisal of him based on the vast amount of information you have read you must be a real joy to be around. It really isn't end of story, it's more the limit of your intellect.
James Frostick Not everyone's an ass-licking Lennon fan. Accept it and move on.
This was when George looked exactly like Dhani.
And yes, not the other way around 😂
George may have been the only one to have his head squarely on his shoulders. You can't give people money just because they ask for it because they usually don't have a real plan. Funny that he mentions "people come knock on your door from dawn to dusk begging for money to get a break are usually the people who have no talent at all." Sounds precisely like Yoyo Ono. She came ah knockin' on Paul's door then went to John's begging for him to back her "avant-garde" bullshit. Boy, did she ever get what she wanted and then some...
+goofydog2 Thank you for turning this cool interview into yet another platform to dump on Yoko. Sigh.
+trysometruth Well, you're quite welcome my dear! Thank you so much for noticing the 'big picture' here. And don't worry about Georgie-Porgie, I couldn't bring his "cool-interviews" down a single notch. As for Ono, that's another story entirely...
+trysometruth yoko stinks.
+jj ww Yeah, problem is, all Yoyo lovers are absolutely blind to real, honest to goodness "truth" What George is talking about - people bumming money from the Beatles is PRECISELY what Ono did. She separated John from his pack, then barraged him with pleas to "give her money or she was going to commit suicide." I mean, how low can a human go? But some still insist on loving her. Most are 40 to 45 years old or younger and have no understanding of Yoyo's burn and pillage tactics. The woman is pure evil...
goofydog2 couldn't agree more.
this clip is from 1968
Smart man.
Just when I thought I saw every Beatle interview
George was my favorite, hands down. Imo, he was both the smartest person in the group, and the best person (Ringo seems like a nice guy, but he was never going to be the leader of the group).
In a way, it was probably a shame that George was younger than John and Paul. Both musically and in terms of band leadership, the two older guys kept George from contributing as much as he could have.
I thought the title had the wrong year on it because George looked like this in 1968. But in January of 1969. George did look like this in the first few months of 1969. They changed their look A LOT! No beard, With a beard, Mustache, No facial hair. Short hair Long hair. Was it to remain at least somewhat unrecognizable? Anyone know?

Smart dude.
@dinsdalep This was taken from the program 'The Way it Is' air date Jan. 26, 1969. Interviewed by Carl Charlson.
Any information on when it was filmed?
James Taylor was the first artist signed to Apple Records. In late 1968 James Taylor lived in Martha's Vineyard with his girlfriend Suzanne. He drove down to South Carolina to celebrate the birth of his nephew , ( James) on the way down he wanted to write a cowboy lullaby. After which he flew to London alone. He signed a contract with Peter Asher to work at Apple. He received phone call from his brother Alex that Suzanne had died. At this point be became frustrated and obviously depressed. The Beatles were working on Abbey Road & Let it be giving him no time. So he took off for Spain. There he met a woman name Karen. They sat on the beach till sunrise as James Taylor told her how much he missed Suzanne and being in South Carolina. And that is how Fire & Rain Sweet Baby James _& Carolina in my mind were written.
All were talented. Was taken back at glimpse of teeth which makes ppl quiet for that reason.
