‼️Q2(b): GRAPH SHOULD BE A LINE OF BEST FIT‼️ I'm sorry for making a mistake there😔🙏 ▶️Paper 63: ua-cam.com/video/qRcQSALvFV0/v-deo.html ◀️ 💙Paper 61: ua-cam.com/video/fFWuHlGE02s/v-deo.html 💙 Hope this helps with your revision 😄
Hmm yeah I think you're right it should be a line of best fit, either a curve or a straight line. I got confused with bio and chem p6 sorry😓 Thanks for pointing that out🙂
I can't thank you enough, you're just a big help for so many students out there. Even if I finish my IGCSE exams now, i'll keep supporting you by recommending your channel to my friends and relatives who study the ig's💙. Keep up the good work!
Hehe thank you so much🥰 you're so kind to say that and yes I would really appreciate it if you can recommmend my channel☺💖 I'll keep uploading and I wish all the best to you!!🙏
Writing both MCQ and ATP end of quarter exams tomorrow. I came straight to your channel as it has been the biggest help ever, especially for physics which is not my best subject to say the least. Thank you so muchh for all the help and please continue to help us all with these, you are a true life saver.
Hey! thank you so much for these videos, they helped me so much and they have made me understand a lot :) my exam is tomorrow and you have been ana absolute lifesaver thank you so much ❤️
Literally I have an exam tomorrow and studying from the Internet was my last option, and here I am studying this paper for the first time in 3 years and trying to cover it in just 4 hours😭
At 16:43, can I not write the load column since we are keeping it constant? Or will I lose marks if I do that? The question says that we're given a set of slotted masses. So, does that mean we have to use different loads or I can just keep them all the same? And doesn't the slotted masses mean the load will be hanging on the strip instead of being put on top? Do we also need to mention anything like putting something to make sure the load doesn't slip off the strip? And can I replace the word 'bendy' in the conclusion with 'malleable' or 'flexible'? I'm sorry for so many questions 😭 I'm just too confused uhuhuuu 😭 And thank you so much for your videos 😭💜
Nice work. Great service to student community around the world. May I contact you guys personally? I need to use your video in my work, so I need your permission.
For the graph question, aren’t we meant to find the line of best fit? I’m wondering why you drew the line that way? How do we know if we’re meant to draw a line of best or not if it wasn’t stated.
Hey it should always be a line of best fit but I drew it wrongly in the video really sorry about that!! (I put this in the pinned comment😅). Sorry for the confusion, it's always the line of best fit.
Hmm yeah it can be a curve although in most cases it's a straight line. I think once you plot the points, you just need to identify that it looks like a curve😅 But first, draw a straight line of best fit and if you really really can't plot a straight line, draw a curve.
Can you do more vids on paper 62? as I need a little more guidance on this paper, I would really appreciate it! (I suck at it) It would be nice if you could do like the recent 5 years of atp paper 62.
hi can u plz do physics paper2 and chemistry paper2 before my exams?? my physics exam is on monday and my chemistry exam is on tuesday(this week) thank u so much ur videos have always helped me:)
For this question, yes it needs to be from origin since when the weight of load is 0, the distance from the centre of the pivot will be 0. But even without knowing this, when you draw a line of best fit, you'll notice that it crosses the origin.
I have a question. Our teacher said we should always draw best fit if it's not specified which graph to draw. like if it says smooth curve we can draw it.but if not asked any type we should always draw line of best fit Nvm,I just saw the pinned comment. im so stressed.we have our paper 6 tomorrow.(May June 2021)
It's usually stated in the question to start your axes at (0, 0). If it's not specified, you can start from other numbers. But first try to make it start from (0,0) and if it doesn't work, use your own scale.
i have a question , when should i draw the line of best fit , and when am i supposed to connect all the points plotted. Also in the question there isnt a point (0,0) so why did you extend it till (0,0) ?
I asked cuz during the exam I didn’t have anymore space to answer some questions,so I wrote “go to blank page” and wrote the answer there. you think that’ll be corrected?
Hii I wanted to ask something because I’m really really worried is it a big problem if I wrote my working outs in pencil in paper 4 physics because I didn’t know
Yeah it should be a line of best fit I drew it wrongly for this paper sorry about that :( Also, line of best fit doesn't always mean you should connect the first and the last points but it should pass through most of the points.

Is the graph a graph of best fit or can we draw it like that? I'm a little confused cause I thought we always have to draw a straight line

its never curved, according to latest papers.

any tips for atp papers in science i have mine in a few days
In question 4, if a metre rule is being used, then shouldn’t the unit be metres?
You’re amazing
So what does experimental accuracy mean?
Instead of having a best fit line on graphs...can we draw a continuos curve
no cuz they're directly proportional
Thank you so much for the video , but i have one question. Do I draw line of best fit graph from origin ?
For this question, yes it needs to be from origin since when the weight of load is 0, the distance from the centre of the pivot will be 0. But even without knowing this, when you draw a line of best fit, you'll notice that it crosses the origin.
Ok , thank you so much
HEY isn't it a G-clamp different from a regular one so the last diagram is incorrect or am I mistaken?

can you please do the 63 paper!! my exam is in 2 days... Thanks a lot

Nvm,I just saw the pinned comment. im so stressed.we have our paper 6 tomorrow.(May June 2021)
She’s a smart baddie fr
For graphs should coordinates startof at (0,0) always. Is there another way to go by it.
It's usually stated in the question to start your axes at (0, 0). If it's not specified, you can start from other numbers. But first try to make it start from (0,0) and if it doesn't work, use your own scale.
1:01 wait how do you even know if the set square is perpendicular to the ground??
Is it necessary to label the parts on the diagrams which we are drawing for the answer
Yeah it is unless the question says do not label the diagram or if you're copying the same diagram that was already given in the question
hey, do you think you'll be able to post p63 before 5th of november?
16:48 do I also have to mention the material names?
i have a question , when should i draw the line of best fit , and when am i supposed to connect all the points plotted. Also in the question there isnt a point (0,0) so why did you extend it till (0,0) ?
anyone?
You should always draw a line of best fit and always extend till (0, 0)
hey um do the examiners check the blank page? (in general)
Uh I have no idea idk much about examiners😅😅 I guess even if they do, nothing's gonna happen so it's fine😅
I asked cuz during the exam I didn’t have anymore space to answer some questions,so I wrote “go to blank page” and wrote the answer there. you think that’ll be corrected?
Ohh hmm then yeah I think they'll check the blank page. I hope they don't miss your instruction to go to blank page tho😅
Your amazing
Hii I wanted to ask something because I’m really really worried is it a big problem if I wrote my working outs in pencil in paper 4 physics because I didn’t know
VERY GOOD
Thank youuu so muchhh
4:52 can I use a protractor?
thank you so much .... can you also upload a video on 63 please.
I'll try thanks for the comment😊
How did you get the answer in 1b
I’ve been told to connect the first and last points but yours is not a straight line?
Yeah it should be a line of best fit I drew it wrongly for this paper sorry about that :( Also, line of best fit doesn't always mean you should connect the first and the last points but it should pass through most of the points.
Thank you
Thanks❤
It's my pleasure😊
I thought we always have to draw a line of best fit that is straight in graphs
Yes you're right it should be a line of best fit I made a mistake there. Really sorry about that😓 (I put this in the pinned comment btw😅)
if it said start your graph from origin (0,0) do i have to start my line from 0,0 or the axes???
It means that your axes should start from 0 and it's not about where the line should start.
@@TheIGCSEChannel thank youuu

where did u find the paper??

is it just me that the screen flickers in the middle??
is it ok if my line passed through just 2 or 3 points
Yeah as long as its the line of best fit
@shuu tsukiyamah no your line should pass through 2 or 3 dots at least
63 pleaseee
guys is it ok in Q2 (d) if my answer is 1.25 V
Yes
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR UNITS
Is this a level
Nope this is IGCSE (also known as o level)
