Are there anything people who are disable should do before going to the DLC?

Hey there! We haven’t experienced it ourselves, but PPG Events Management - the company responsible for organizing the event - has a dedicated form for Accessibility + Accommodations, that they put together for every new event.
You can read more about this in the DLC Guide we added to the description of this video, but to quote Kim and Sarah: “At past events, the ADA tables are located away from the main playing area, providing closer access to amenities that may be necessary and provide a quieter environment. When paired with other players, they will often come to your table, minimizing the need for movement between rounds.
If you require accommodations for an electronic device, such as a blood glucose monitor, it's crucial to communicate this to the organizers beforehand.
This will help prevent any misunderstandings or potential infractions.
These tables are a very high table number compared to the other tables in the main area, for example 6300. This makes them easy to find and signals competitors to meet in the ADA section when they see a very high table number.”
