Hannah's Bell's palsy and synkinesis recovery story

Hannah G. (UK), Bell’s palsy since June 2015. Crystal Touch rehabilitation program within the scope of Humanitarian project “Bring back your Smile!” from September 2016 till June 2017.
Hannah came to the clinic with multiple complications after Bell's palsy. She had synkinesis, tightness in the muscles, asymmetric smile and multiple points of pains.
After four sessions at Crystal Touch clinic Hannah was able to achieve significant results: her facial muscles relaxed, the synkinesis became less pronounced, the smile became symmetric and the pains went away. More than that, she became confident again in her face and is not scared to smile or pose for her wedding photos.

Thanks for sharing your story i was diagnosed 6 days ago and i have all the symptoms you have described with the worst symptom being the crocodile tears. Also i have occasional pain in the same side of my neck. Would you recommend massage of the face muscles or should i just wait and stay calm letting things resolve natrually.

This April 2021 will be 2yrs still having Bells Palsy where again or recommendation can you direct me in getting back my face. I use to be a smiler now I don’t and just look down. I did therapy. Steroids and face exercises. I have not recovered. You look great!!!!
