Hammer & Anvil (Hammer Jackson & Johnny Anvil) : An African-American criminals who got chained and paired together. They encounter an Alien who gave them superhuman abilities. 14. Xemnu the Living Titan : An Alien being with superstrength, psionic powers, and able to gentically engineering a monstrosities. 15. U-Foes : A Group of 4 people who attempt to replicate Fantastic Four's superpowered mutation by exposing themself with a cosmic radiation. However, they become Hulk Enemy because of Banner's interference. They were made of ; A. Vector (Simon Uthrect) : A malicious Businessman who was also the leader. He gain telekinesis power to attract and repel things. B. Vapor (Ann Darnell) : Hired as life-support technologist, she became into a living gas that capable to turn into various poisonous Gas she can imagine. C. X-Ray (Jimmy Darnell) : Ann's little brother who was hired as propulsion engineer. He became a being of living Radiation, able to shoot deadly radiations and intagible. D. Ironclad (Mike Steel) : An engineer and the Pilot. He turn into a living Organic Metal just like Colossus. He has a durable skin and super strength. 16. Rhino (Aleksei Sytsevich) : A Russian mob who got experimented with chemical and radiation and wear a Rhinoceros suit (Also Spider-Man's villain). 17. Mercy (Abigail Wright) : An Enigmatic immortal with super powers. 18. Harpy (Betty Ross) : When Betty was exposed with Gamma Radiation, she was molded into an avatar of jealousy by MODOK. 19. Juggernaut (Cain Marko) : A former soldier who gain absolute strength when exposed into crimson gem of Cytorrak (Also X-Men's Villain). 20. Grey Gargoyle (Paul Pieere Duval) : A French chemist who was turned into a Stone being when a chemical accident happen. Able to turn anyone into a stone statue by touching them (Also Iron Man's & Thor's villain). 21. MODOK (George Tarlton) : Former A.I.M. employee who undergone mutagenic experiment to increase his intelligence (Also Iron Man's Villain) 22. Mister Hyde (Calvin Zebo) : a Biochemist obssessed with Dr. Jekyll's work and become the beast himself. 23. Man-Beast : A Red Wolf evolve dby High Evolutionary and gain physical strength and psychic Power 24. High Evolutionary (Herbert Wyndham) : A Genetic biologist who attempt to accelerate evolution by evolving animals into a human being (also Guardians of the Galaxy's Villain). 25. Half-Life (Tony Masterson) : An English College Professor who was turned into a Lifefprce draining Vampire being after being exposed to Gamma. 26. Flux (Benny Tibbets) : A U.S. Soldier exposed to Gamma detonation, turning him into a Gamma Monster but with deformed apperances and was manipulated by General Ryker to fight Hulk. 27. General John Ryker : A Ruthless and Manipulative leader of Gamma Corps who attempt to replicate Hulk's creation and use it to cure his wife Lucy. 28. Ravage (Dr. Geoffrey Crawford) : A Professor at Bruce's University who help Banner with Hulk's condition and use the Hulk's blood to empower himself turning him into a Monster. 29. Ringmaster (Fritz Tiboldt) : A Nazi who pose as Master of Circus of Crime who use it to kill US Government Officials.
There will never he a World War Hulk movie for several reasons. First and foremost they already used the Planet Hulk storyline which leads up to the World War Hulk movie for Thor in Thor Ragnarok. Secondly it wouldn't make sense at this point because Hulk is Professor Hulk now and that's not going to change anytime soon. Thirdly they just brought Skaar in for She-Hulk so we're really never getting a World War Hulk movie. The fourth and most important reason we're not getting a World War Hulk movie is because Universal still owns the solo movie rights/distribution rights. The fifth reason we're not getting a World War Hulk movie is because it doesn't make sense for the whole atmosphere of the MCU in the slightes. The sixth and final reason is because they're going to be introducing and exploring other characters in the MCU such as the Fantastic Four, X-Men, Blade, Captain Danvers, Ms. Marvel, Thunderbolts, and so on. So why would they make a Hulk movie when they have other characters they can explore with no restrictions. At most I can see a Hulk show being made, but even then I doubt Disney would do it.

Serving in multiple branches is a thing. And the air force was just a corps of the army until 1947. USAF Academy wasn't opened til 54. When Hulk was created (62) a lot of AF high ranking officers had gone through West Point.

The Hulk has a healing factor, so no, he wouldn't suffer from a stroke. Not to mention, his physiology is vastly different from a humans physiology, so what would affect us wouldn't affect him.
