She had to ugly herself up for Hollywood to see just how talented she was. Everyone knows how beautiful and sexy she is....that's a given. But she had to abandon that with her role in Monster. All that was left is her talent and acting chops.....and it was greater than most people gave her credit for.

When she mentioned the "make out with my nose" part, I was immediately reminded of that scene with Lake Bell in that film, In a World...
I was reminded of a woman that oddly sucked on my nose once. I didn't ask for it, I didn't take to it, I didn't continue the relationship (there were plenty of other things wrong with her) and now I'm wondering, is that a thing?

Renee's performance was overrated. Charlize definitely did a better job becoming the character. I thought Renee was terrible. I see a lot of people saying that they thought Renee was good until they saw "bombshell".
@@motherspiders3913that is not method acting. Method acting requires being in character behavior on and off camera and off set for the entire filming run. That is not Charlize at all. Her costars are always going on about her genuine warmth and sense of humor behind the scenes.
