She’s holding the arrow out of shot, so that when she suddenly raises her hand they can make it look like she caught it mid flight. She has to jerk it suddenly into position looking at where Hemsworth is supposed to be. Blunt reacts so brilliantly Theron thinks she’s actually hit her with it.

It's great to see two big stars letting down all guards and pretensions and being able to be true friends without any petty fighting that we often see with other egotistic actors. Shows these two ladies are really down to earth.

They red the script probably one hundred times before reaching this point of filming + the sets aren't that dark & scary like they were made in post-production. Neither there were those black knights or men in heavy armor... I guess it was more like doing a play of Midsummer Night Dream, Hamlet or Magic Flute for them, just in front of filmmakers.
It's great to meet someone and immediately click. It's not often but so special and great when it does happen because you just know you have a friend for life.

She is the most banal person you'd ever meet. She is so simple and down to earth. What differentiate her from other people though, is her intelligence. She is remarkably intelligent and educated, it is such a pleasure to have discussions or play chess or Go with her.
I feel like they would be the two friends in high school who are super cool but have their inside jokes and then you say something and they look at eachother and crack one of their jokes and laugh and you're there like Are they making fun of me? but when they realize you're uncomfortable they'll make sure you are alright lol
