OMG, a video just for me! I love sweet potatoes, but the rest of my family refuses to eat them, and these are all recipes that are easily done for one or two servings. I just happen to have exactly what I need to make the chicken stuffed sweet potatoes later this week, but look forward to trying all of these. I usually wash it and put it on a parchment paper as whole and airfry 20 mins depending the size (10 mins each sides). I take off the peel when I eat them. I don't put any seasoning or anything and it's more moist.

I bought liners and use them every time I use my air fryer. I'm wondering why you don't. I've put the pro 2 and the turboblaze in my buggy and still haven't decided, but I'm leaning towards the turbo today.
I learned the hard way about the foil. It melted on my brand new oven! Later we saw that it was printed right inside the oven not to use foil on the bottom. 5 years later I can still see remnants

Hi Kathy! Slightly off topic - I received a Cosori Dual Blaze for Xmas - and i love it! (Had a Gormia) I just can't figure out how to make smaller foods not fall down through those holes meant for your fingers to lift out the tray. Any advice?

My favorite sweet potatoes as a side is to flavor the potatoes with chipotle chile st the end before serving. Never flavored french fried sweet potatoes but it would work, the flavors just work.

I love sweet potatoes, but They are so overpriced in Spain. It's just a tuber like a potato, isn't?. Then I can't understand why it triples the potatoes price.

Can one not peel? There are a lot of nutrients in those skins. I seldom ever peel any potato unless I'm making mashed/creamed potatoes.

Looks awesome however those are Yams not Sweet Potato. Sweet Potatoes are a dirty white color, Yams are orange like what you have there. Regardless they look awesome!!!!
