Arts don't get clamped, and I had none I was showing the rotation frfr it still counts though, I wouldn't be able to DPS end game content with no artifacts. But the views show that this probably one of the best elec load outs in the game currently unless they nerfed it while I'm on break.
AoE, electric is AoE for the most part concerning it's stronger moves but with the 35% one of the DoTs and the krypto combat ability it's really a mixture of both.

Yeah they added stat clamps😪 we no longer can solo raids or alerts, we get clamped too whatever tier we're in.

Electricity is best on aoe. They have a couple powers doing more than it on single.
True yeah I think Ice is pretty strong for single target and AoE attacxs.
