cause for a healer its still viable yes eog was nerfed but its still fine for a healer i dont understand why you so upset about my content if you dont like it cool just move on ! its not rocket science ! its there as a Guide

@@Sycklamb Well, I just wanted to tell you that ever since eog been nerf they accidentally bugged the artifact and it does not give the double heal in the circle anymore. I’ve reported the bug and they still haven’t fix it. Eog been nerf for over a year now meaning that bugged existed since they changed it. So, as of right now I don’t see how you think it’s viable.

I still use it. Have it on my tank and healer. Art is weaker but still works fine

Celestial isn't weak my dude you just not using it properly if you think it's weak it does good damage and also skilpoints will come in to effect with any power in this game so maybe you just not got enough sp

@@Sycklamb Skill points literally makes no damn difference. You acting like powersets get a certain spike in damage. They all get the same stats and spike in damage. Lie again.

You clearly know nothing about Celestial if you think the dps and heals aren't good. It's slow but still one of the best might powers and the you could argue this is a top 2 or 3 heal power..the only heals that's 100% better is water.
