Tip I just learned for the very first time is let the caramel cool to 190 degrees before you start dipping them, then the caramel doesn’t drip off as much. This is certainly the caramel apple time of the year thank you for the great recipes! ❤️

Do you have to refrigerate the candied apples with chamoy and tajin after they are done? More specifically, can you leave them out for 24 hours - before serving?
