This is a small taste of the soon to be uploaded 'making of' video fo a Lucky Luke figure I have been working. Growing up, this guy was one of the coolest figures I had ever seen. I've seen all movies, cartoon episodes and I wanted to make a clay figure of him. Actually, make another figure of him. I have already made one in the past, but I gave him to my father as a gift cause he is a big Lucky Luke fan as well.
Hope you enjoy this little clip. The full video is in the works. I am having a very difficult time to keep it under 15min in duration. I plan on posting two videos. The 15minute one and another longer and uncut version. The reason for that is, many times in the past when I first started sculpting, I was looking into other artists' videos, trying to mimic their techniques and learn from them. However, sculpting videos is not about great camera angles and lighting. It is about the great struggle and angst to achieve a desired outcome. Therefore, an almost real time looooong but informative video would be a great tool for anyone who wishes to learn how to sculpt.
I do not own the rights to music track playing the background. This is actually a song from a Lucky Luke ps1 game. You can find it here along with the other tracks on that album.

Thank you :) The truth is I have never attempted sculpting a miniature. I would love to try. Any suggestions?
