Some people are catching Bonita are they ok for sushi and sashimi if they are bleed out right away ? Have heard of people smoking them a bit to give extra flavor .
Hey Dave once more again i am glad to Reply your cmt ! Its Vinyl Gloves so will be easy to separate sushi rice but personally I recommend Teju which will stop cross contamination. How come the rice isn't weighed like I work in Indonesia, the ingredients aren't weighed either, everything is weighed and the stock is weighed every day, but the food cost is -40% every month hahhaahaha just kidding food costs
