Axle sockets don't always fit super tight.

YOU DONT TEST DRIVE BEFORE TIGHTENING TO THE FINAL TORQUE... YOU JUST TIGHTEN TO PRELOAD TORQUE SPIN THE HUB BY HAND A COUPLE FULL TURNS, BACK OFF THE NUT, THEN TIGHTEN TO FINAL TORQUE.
